Amazing Japanese food, but a bit on the pricy end. The dynamite roll and the chicken teriyaki was amazing! I would definitely recommend this place!

The Best Japanese Food in Karachi Town

This is the first time I had a bad experience at PC karachi at their Cafe in front of your reception otherwise Me and my husband often dine at Chandni and Taipan with our family and friends and we enjoy the food , this time our club sandwiches and fries were cold our order took 40 minutes to arrive the chocolate shake straw was broken although the tiny 3 burgers and fries which my son ordered were hot , hopefully next time you pay attention to your cafe also as for ordering we waited for 15 minutes as there was no one around to take our order

I used to love this place but their quality has gone down the drain. We went their after much anticipation but they really let us down this time around. There was a cockroach roaming on the sushi platter. The size of their sushi has shrunk from bite sized to a small ball of rice with fish sprinkled on top. You go to a high end restaurant for the quality they have to offer, but sadly, Sakura thinks of its customers as secondary citizens. Really appalled by the service and disappointed by the cheap tricks. This place used to be my absolute favourite but I dont think I am going there unless they change things around.

Great place for nice sushi dinner. The service is excellent and their sushi is the best in Karachi. The ambience is perfect for a dinner with friends or a nice family meal as well. The manager also Shakoor goes above and beyond to make your dining experience special.

The ambiance is amazing. The manager and waiters on the floor are extremely accommodating. They’ll really make you feel totally comfortable.I came here around 2:45pm. I ordered tuna sashimi, and octopus sushi, the octopus sushi is OUT OF THIS WORLD. The textures are beautiful, the flavour of the sea with the chewy texture of the octopus is a perfect combination.Finally, for dessert, I had the matcha ice cream, the texture of the ice cream is definitely peculiar, but it’s the flavour of the matcha that shines through and makes it something you would totally come back for.They pour you green tea, on the house before bringing in your food.They do accept cards, I personally paid by debit card here.Also, the view is pretty cool from where I was sitting.The per head cost is pretty decent, it’s not super duper expensive as people make it out to be, the per head largely depends on how much you eat and how many people there are.I would definitely bring a friend or two here and I would totally come here again.

Great food and service. Id try to avoid the smaller fancy appetizers like the prawns if youve ever been to a decent seafood restaurant in other countries, since they just dont compare. The burgers are mediocre. The Handis are definitely what Id go back for. The chicken Alfredo and the steaks were also very good.

For over a decade, it has been the best Japanese restaurant in Karachi. However, due to unavailability of fresh seafood and other better quality ingredients, it doesnt even come close to international quality Japanese food quality. Service used to be better a few years ago, so there is definitely some room for improvement. If you crave for Japanese food in Karachi, Sakura is your best bet.

Stayed again in PC from Sept 15 to Sept 20th. No doubt PC has reliable services. Staff is hospitable and above all professional. Professionalism is the most important thing. Reception, porters, drivers, butlers, waiters, housekeeping, every department deserves thumbs up.Stayed at room number 821. Butlers for this floor (dont remember the name, one of them was Kamran I think) excellent in services. Did not want to have room 816 as it was just in front of elevator, request was immediately acted upon.Front desk officer Razia was brilliant. Had some issues with payments ( basically a misunderstanding on the behalf of my company) but was managed by PC staff with least botheration to the customer.Food is generally good but Sakura is the best. Best food, best service. The gentleman Arslan served us to the best of his abilities.Marcopolo staff, very efficiently and politely took care of the guests in rush hours. Thumbs up.To reiterate, PC you are the best no doubt. But being best means you can not make mistakes!Wish you and your team good luck

Im not a big fan of Japanese food but have tried a number of good Japanese restaurants internationally. Sakura turned out better than expected. We ordered 9 set menus for 9 people with a mix of miso soups, salads, sushi, sashimi etc. The Wasabi was pretty good too.Total bill 53,000 for 9 people inclusive of all taxes.

If there is one thing you need to know about this place it is that it has the best sushi in karachi. Perhaps you dont think very highly of the city and the competition it can offer in terms of sushi but let me assure you that the obvious attention to craftsmanship and the careful construction that went into each and every thing i have had here can only come from some one who wants to make every dish the best one possible and has more than enough skill to achieve that. You heart can not lie to you about the satisfaction that the subtle umami flavours will give you. Not everything on the menu is amazing, but the things that need to be good at a sushi restaurant are astounding. You can feel the implicit respect that the chef gives to the customers by the quality of the food. If you want some where to get a sushi fix, this has to be the place.

Sakura is the ultimate place to go to for Japanese Food in Karachi. The view is brilliant, the service is courteous and efficient and the food is beyond excellent. It is always is treat to go to Sakura. However its a bit pricey.

Best place for sushi in Karachi. For some reason they allow smoking on their premises which makes it unbearable to sit at times. Service is very good with the waiters extremely courteous and helpful. The place is usually packed so at times there is a delay in food being served.

V v good. Take two credit cards, expect Rs 3500 per head if you order sensibly and know your Japanese food.
