Nice place the main entrance connecting road lo cation was not so good 80 Sq yard houses are too costly and little in size rest is very much costly but nice ambiance low quality material is used.

Good society having fenced wall and good security system. Society is still being developed. Water line is to be installed in 3 to 4 months..lease will be given within 1 year per society administration.

Amazing developmnt in malir

A nice residential gatted society with boundary wall and amenities in vicinity of Malir behind Malir court.Construction in the society is yet in progress and with each passing day number of residents is increasing. Suitable for upper middle class families.The only thing I found inappropriate is the finishing quality of units ready for possession. Finishing of builder made units is far below the good standard, many eye catching faults are apparent.Though, not witnessed but heard from residents that the builder used a good quality material during construction of structure and strength of structure was not compromised.Another thing that lacks at this stage is greenery, there is a huge space that must be planted to reduce heat impact and make the place more beautiful and fresh airing.

Prices are very high. Construction material is compromised.

Very poor standard of constructions, in resent rain has exposed the metarial used, water tapping from roof, doors damaged and closing is impossible, and further more the staff sitting in adminstration is not cooperative, even not listing the complaints and not attend the call, water is not available and provided through bowser which is another torture. Mr Hanif Ghour is requested to address the project problems.I have pics and vedios, if you ask I will share.
