Beautiful gated community manage by Pakistan Navy (Naval headquarters Islamabad) very secure and peaceful and ideal environment. Also one of the most expensive real estate But rents are Low that why it isnt a good location for investors to invest due to low rental returns but if you go for any options on rent then Navy Housing scheme Karsaz is cheaper then DHA, Clifton and other well developed Surroundings areas and have more comfortable environment due to security and other amenities.

Gate keeper treat very badly, guests wait a lot.They treated guests as a supplier, food delivery boy,Those guest who arrived with family on the motorcycle they are embarrassed.

Insanely expensive land but a very good housing society in the heart of Karachi. Safe, secure clean and tidy with lots of amenities and almost zero administrative, maintenance and development issues like the rest of the city which is really in a very pathetic shape these days . Air quality is much better than DHA as it is not close to the sea shore but also the large surrounding area has lots of grass and vegetation and way less populated. It is 1000 times better than DHA Karachi.

Another armed forces establishment. Security wise it seems to be a safe place to live in Karachi. Water and electric supply seems to be better than other parts of Karachi. Unfortunately, the extra checkpoints inside the compound makes no sense.. once youre in, youre in.. the road network could be better..
