It is one of the good housing society. Rates are reasonable.

Personally cant feel any bad about this society. While there are lot of good things about this. Ive not found no any utility issues like, water, gas and electricity. Also security is better well manged by community members. Roads are undoubtedly the best and newly built. Environment is clear and found no any traffic noise in the society. Indeed, the best option to live in dense city like Karachi.

It is huge residential project with bungalows starting from 120 square yard to 200 square yards... And in two different category in each sizes..have project own mosque, community Hall,school, super market and chapal builder have extended the project and provided extra spaces for commercial area.. new variety of shops have opened in the project.. the society is gated and guards are guarding Gates and roads. The prices have gone higher since the project first build and surrounding have also improved but still needs to be better... Chappal builder have started new project in front of the chapal suncity which apartments building...which will be completed in next two years approximately. The main roads are developing in quickly due to high demands of new projects in surroundings. Closer to project there is three big hospitals and just minutes of drive can get you to KU and NED universities. Big super markets and respectable schools like city and beacon. The main highway to Hyderabad is also close to the project.

The most important thing about Chapal Sun city is its discipline. Well organized and nicely planned houses. No high rise buildings. Cleanliness is excellent and so are the security arrangements. Good housing area to live in Karachi.

Very well constructed area and well planned like roads and streets and proper marking of every street is there as well. The only problem in this area is that there is approximately 3-4 hours of load shedding every day that actually creates problems for people living there.All other utility facilities are available including marriage hall, school, mosque etc.

A nice gated community to live in. There are quite a few Sindhi families residing here and you will feel right at home if you have migrated from somewhere outside Karachi.It used to a little difficult to reach because the road, i.e. University Road, that connects it with the City used to be in dilapidated condition. The road has now been repaired and widened so it is breeze to reach in 10 minutes from NIPA.

All living goods are available like Gym,weeding banquet,general and super stores and full security

Awesome living style to live there, although there is majority of sindhi people, but its good, the good thing is there isnt any encrochment in the society, well maintained houses banglows and flates, all utilities as 24hr availble.

1: 6 to 7 hours scheduled load shedding of electric power during a day. Unsheduled aside. Noice & air pollution by power generators. Electricity more expensive in flats because there are shops on the ground floor making it a commercial area.2: Flats have no car parking space & people use the road for this. One can find cars damaged in the mornings. People often fight for parking under the tree shade specially during summer.3: Flats are made with minimal distance from banglows lanes in front (severe privacy issues for banglow residents)4: Recently, about 4 to 5 small, new flat projects have been started with all the same (above mentioned) issues ; but in fact are worse.5: Some banglow lanes have built barriers or even concrete walls to grab the hold of some service roads.6: Houses of the older grand city are worn out and amost hollow in the basic structure. Houses of green city are newer & better. 4 phases of flats made originally are very bright, shiny & solid. Those now under construction have major compromises in maps and rules of building construction.7: People living in this society are humble, tolerant & easy going.
