Maymar housing was conceptualized in 1980 by the Maymar group. It was a bold initiative and a beautiful and outstanding housing society was built. With ample space, spacious playing grounds were built in the society. All amenities were provided and a very high standard of Civic amenities was set. After 2002 the societys administration changed and a gradual descent took place. It is nothing compared to what it originally was. You still see playgrounds and greenery but the decay can also be seen.

Good scheme but the roads to reach the place are slightly rough

PHA Maymar is a fraud housing project. JSC company PHA Maymar has announced scheme in 2009 and gave schedule for fulfillment 2014, but till today they just have built on 4 floor structure. They are not continuing construction nor giving back money.They mainly cheated govt. employees and overseas Pakistanis.
