Construction still going on a few apartments, 30% homes are occupied. Lot of people come over the weekends to enjoy our beautiful parks, but they dont clean the garbage. Very quiet and peaceful.

To say simply this locality is Chota Bahria Town.Spacious roads, gated security with the combination of homes and Apartment .One thing has happened that once they were showing a park has now been converted into Apartment building.

Saima Group, the real name in the Real Estate in Karachi. It is one of the biggest project of Saima Group with concrete boundary walls, excellent infrastructure with security etc. However, this project taken much time then the other projects of Saima Group. They never says the exact date of possession.
