It is situated in the suburban locality of Allama Iqbal Town. The name Gulshan-e-Iqbal is literally translated as the garden of Iqbal, referring to Iqbal, the national poet of Pakistan. It has many recreational rides for children & adults making it a popular venue for families. It also features a vast artificial lake and a mini-zoo.The park had some issues regarding security. The park is well maintained by the local council, with new playing areas and rides being added recently due to increased public interest.

A place was made for the entertainment of people of the area. But these days no take care further to retain it.

Its very good but its a family park so u cant enter without family , now it has 3d film , kashti wala jhoola haha and many more rides for childs

Well, it is just a park. It has walls around it. Nothing special. It is just good for the locals to spend time during load shedding hours. Or you can visit it when your little kids wont shut up. Nothing more than that.

I attended a program in this park presided by Allama Shah Turabul Haq Qadri and chief guest was Hazrat Mawlana Akhtar Raza Khan from Hindustan. In normal days it is a place for outing in the evening for families.
