I would have preferred the beef patty to be juicy succulent and a bit firm. It was disintegrating. The garlic gourmet fried were just okayish. Overall I wouldnt recommend for the time they take to serve an okayish burger and the choices youve got.

After trying so many burger houses today I tried #stackers tucked in gulistan e jouhar, believe me my experience was damn damn good. So I received my order after a long 1 hour and 30 minutes and Im gonna be very straight up and honest the best person I think Ive met so far in life is the manager saqib I think his Name is he himself who came all the way to my house and apologized, what a humble gentleman he was he made me forget all my anger. Follow-up Rating and Review (1 star dated March 2019)Ordered for the first time (after many dine-in and recommendation to others) their same Powerhouse burger for home delivery and was deeply disappointed with their service and the meal. The meal was delivered after 1 hr 40 mins (the committed time of delivery was 50 mins). Consequently what i received was cold burgers having no taste and sticky cheese on top. I promptly communicated this to the rider who accepted that the meal was cold but said he cant do anything about it. Afterwards I talked to the owner and he totally dismissed my complaint saying that this could never happen (making me look like a liar) and he will look into this matter and revert which he never did. He also said that this happened due to heavy load on weekends which means they will compromise on quality if their demand goes up.Lessons learned:1. Do not order from Stackers for home delivery2. Do not complaint about the quality of meal as the owner will reject your feedback (and even proof that you are lying)3. In terms of quantity, their powerhouse burger is huge. But in terms of quality, the burger wasnt upto the mark. There are much better burgers in town so they really need to up their game.Plus the location is too isolated. They should have opened the place somewhere in the middle of the city to cater everyone.

This was one of the best burgers I had in a long time. The picture does not do justice to the size of this burger. It was huge!I ordered their powerhouse which was a humongous one. I would definitely recommend anyone to go and try this one. You wont be disappointed.The only drawback is its location which is a bit off for someone coming from gulshan or other areas. If it were in some other locality, it would have definitely attracted a large number of visitors.

Great beef burger. It was very nice big buns compared to other burgers that we get locally in Karachi. It had black sesame seeds on the top crust of buns. The beef patties were nice and the sauces used were awesome. Just the right quantity escalope was best and recommend.

I with my friends visited The Stackers and ordered The powerhouse burger (Rs.350) along with a meal (Rs. 190). The burger was Great and very juicy, the chicken so moist that it melts. I have been there 3 times and every time i had a different experience. The first time i ordered beef burger which i dont think provide good value for money. Next time i asked them to provide me with their biggest burger of all time which they recommended powerhouse and neither me nor my friend had our appetite fulfilled though it was good but less in quantity. Then after 10 months or so on my friends continued insistence we went there again ordered the powerhouse again amd this time mentioned them before ordering about last times quantity issue he said we use thigh pieces and every chickens does not come in same size, he was right though. We had 4 powerhouse, onion rings which consists of 6 rings in 150Rs and lastly Garlic parm fries which none of us liked. The Burger i ate smelled i told my friends they said it could be lettuces smell but by the end when i was just too bites away finishing it the smell got intensed i took it to the cashier but he kept on his word that there is no smell i just wanted them to improve theeir quality knowing i have eaten the most of the Burger and i stand in no place to demand another one. So i went to my table leaving it be. Few minutes later the manager arrived asking me to hand him that burger, he took it to the kitchen and came back apologizing that they dont freeze tha meat amd put them in cooler this piece might have been out in warm weather and they anyway offered me another powerhouse burger for takeaway. Which was a nice gesture knowing they are atleast trying.

Ordered from here for the first time, both burgers as they guided me were there top rated. One was esclope n the other one powerhouse. Esclope was the beef burger and I have never had such dry beef burger in my life. No taste of pepperoni touched my taste buds cx of that sour kinda sauce or idk if that was cx of the jalapenos. Same goes for the powerhouse. It was truly my first n ever last order from stackers.
