Went to the soft opening of Carne Mexican Grill. We had the soft tacos with steak, hard shell tacos with chipotle chicken, the taquitos with barbacoa, & the salt and lime tortilla chips. The food was complimented with three picante salsas namely the mild verde, the hot Rojas and the fiery Harbanero. The best part was that the food was made freshly in front of us and was served hot.The staff really well trained and knowledgable on the food. The funny anecdotes on the wall were great conversation starters. The shop has a great interior and makes you feel like you are having the real Mexi-Cali culinary experienceFood: 10/10Ambience: 10/10Price: 8/10Interior: 10/10
“Pakistan’s First Authentic Southern California Mexican Street Food”False advertising at best. The food was disappointing and disgusting so I decided to give it to stray cats and even they didn’t eat it.
The people here need to learn more about Mexican food. The food was quite bad. Total waste of time. The place looks like just a small weird place trying to look Mexican but doesnt taste like it at all. My advise to them please go to Mexico or America to see how its done. Way over priced for the quality of food being sold.
Absolutely amazing. I order at least 2-3 times a week. Its just THAT good. Im hooked. Keep up the good work Daniyal and Ali!
Wish I could give zero stars to this desi dhaba masquerading as a taco place.Placed an order via foodpanda only to be contacted and told they were out of guacamole. Was very hungry so asked them to deliver the food anyway, which they took their sweet time doing. An hour later I was presented with two sad, cold and horrible tasting burritos. To top it off they forgot to deliver the tortilla chips that I had paid for as part of my order.Called them to complain only to be told by the manager that there was nothing they could do as the restaurant was closing down. Even refused to send through the add ons that I had paid these thieves for.Restaurants like these deserve to be nuked.
Good food but not authentic Mexican. Catering to a niche market, these guys have to alter to make it more acceptable authentically
Beef was over cooked, instead of tortilla chips we got fried papar.
It’s like Mexican Food sold in college towns in California or Colorado that’s also highly nutritious, and they have access to guacamole. can’t wait for this sit down restaurant to open up.
Eat this every week still somehow i dont have diabeties
Very slow service, food was cold and tasteless
Not Authentic at all. Very disappointed
They are nothing close to what an actual taqueria serves.
