I recommend if your appliances have any issues do not contact with local technicians. Bring them to the Orient Care Service Center. Its very good center with nominal rates.

I called them many time, all numbers were busy, then message and emailed.. From email I got response on second day a nd next day representative came. Now its 10 days but still my a. C with them.Too late service..

AOA i hv purchased orient refrigerator from surmawala saddar on 20th may 2020 but its door not properly closed also cooling is not enough. I hv run it empty for 12 hrs and then put stuff. Water is not turning into ice in freezer whereas thermostat is on 7 . I hv lodged complain immediately yesterday but two days gone your rep. still not visited. Sorry to say - poor service - faulty product. Water is also melting drop by drop. Cant suggest anyone to purchase orient products.

Worst after sales service ever.

Highly unprofessional staff. Pathetic service and products. I bought smart LED TV and its smart card get malfunction just after expiry date. It cant be repaired and can only be exchanged with new one with price of 10,000. Plus there is no warranty for the new part. Also for last two weeks my LED TV is in their custody. I call them daily and their response is, Sir we will call you back to give you the status. Orient, you are a complete scam

No one picks their phone, even if they do, they have very poor customer service .

Too slow response

They are not very good in service since I lodge complain of my 1.5 ton split Ac they take 3 days to visit my place after that they was unable to lift my ac and wasted 4 days finally I drop Ac to their service center by my self and very next day upon my call they said my ac is ready for pick up that was fast just 2 days only

I came here yesterday due to my led which in warranty it shows black dots In display it happens because of dust, they did great job and return my led within a day!

Pathetic after sales service. Orient has sub contracted out after sales to local shops who have no clue how to repair invetor acs. My ACS are not repaired since last Eid. The service guy blames Orient that the company does not stock spare parts .I got carried away with their advertising and bought six ACS they all were not working within a year. Orient was not able to repair them.

They are professional thieves.POOR product and POOREST service.Never buy Orient products. They will sell you garbage and will never provide you warranty service. The person who come to visit for warranty repair knows nothing and is only interested in getting more money from you for visit.

Pathetic! Extremely unprofessional environment! No parts available in the entire service centre! Left my almost new split so they could come back after whatever time and cost they deem necessary!

Pathetic customer service, even calls are not responded timely. Everytime you call at the number above, you get no response. When Called to their UAN number, you have to hold for 7-8 minutes to be connected to the representative.

Sub standard product, consider your new orient ac good for maximum a year its more like a disposable ac, even worse customer care service, the attendant taking the complaint call tells me our representative will contact you within 24hrs when i pointed out that in your companys google review ppl are posting that your service center attend complaint after 3 or 4 days, they replied well 24 hours mean 3-4 days as these are 24 working hours.i also want to point out that it seems like company is doing fake ratings to keep their over all rating to acceptable level dont be fooled by that.

Pathetic Customer Support. No after sales service

Third class products. Never recommend anyone to buy orient products. Bought inverter a.c in 60000. Coil leaked first year claimed in warranty but have to pay 6000 rupees for gas. Again it is leaked next year this time have to replace the coil for 15000 rupees... I will never buy any orient product again.

Purchase new AC, problems come on second day,.Now they are not giving reply on FB and email, They read my messages but no reply.I complain on call center, next day technician call me and he said I will not fix your problem when i did his complain on email and call center, now no response form call and fb and email support...

Bought a new A.C. 6 months ago .... faced a gas leak already complained .. the guy came 3 days later ... checked and refused to fix it at my place . He said he will have to take the A.C. although it was a simple fix ... took service charges ... the car came to take the A.C. 2 days after that so its been 5 days since I have no A.C.... the guy comes and says he will take 4 days to bring it back ... and took delivery charges ... so in total I paid the same amount as I would pay to a A.C. repair man who would have fixed it in a day ... and it has been a week and still no hope for a sooner fix
