Recently, we purchases sharp inverter ac for our offices. They provided excellent installation services in karachi with the units too. We are glad we purchased appliances from pakref. I highly recommend pakref to all customers who are willing to purchase consumer electronics. They are also authorized dealers for all the brands they have thats also one of the reasons why i prefer to buy from them instead of buying from a third party vendor.

Pakref is a good place to shop house appliances and other office appliances like AC etc.Two years ago I purchased Samsung inverter AC for my house that is running fine without any issues.Recently our company decided to purchase two Kenwood inverter AC.All our dealing went through smoothly. Both ACs were installed well in time.Only complain is that after a few days one of the AC stopped working. We called Pakref and they sent their technicians. They advised us the the concealed pipe up to the outer unit had a leakage that they fixed. Due to no gas in the AC it had stopped cooling.Now both ACs are ageing working fine.My only concern is that Pakref is sending a bill of around Rs. 7k for repair of pipe and refilling of the gas. I understand that the technicians of Pakref should have done all testing of pipes while installing the ACs for the first time.This additional cost should not be borne by our company.Apart from this very issue, my experience with Pakref has been great.I would have give 5 stars if Pakref had not made the mistake and even if they had made the mistake, they would not have charged extra cost to my company.Regards,M.
