They have remove the board of kenwood service center. Which make it more difficult to find the service center. As from the Outlook it looks like an English training center( IELTS). However the people inside are coperative.

Terrible customer service and after sales by Kenwood highly recommend not to use this brand as their staff is rude and dont follow up with you unless you keep chasing them. Especially their operator lady on phone is very disrespectful. It has been 20 days since i am waiting for a service part for my AC and they keep lying that i will recieve it tomorrow etc.

3rd Class services of Kenwood, complaint lodged last week on saturday, surprising someone came on sunday, check and inform that this A.C. would be taken at work shop of company on Monday but still no one contact nor taken at work shop, I daily contact and repeating complaint they assure but no one contact to comply.Shame on the services of Kenwood, I will advised all my friends and relative to avoid use the product of this shameful company.

Pathetic service very rude staff , when you buy Kenwood product you are simply stuck when their services, they force you to get things repair with the by not selling parts and charge extra money for every service without any added guarantee of that part

Very respectful and responsible staff, last year they repair my inverter AC which was thrice repair by locals but the technician of this service center after identifying the actual problem did a wonderful job. Today again on my another AC they done a good job. The technician despite hot weather were cheerful and finished job on time.

Its been 6 7 day sin they checked my ac now everyday they tell me tomorrow we will lift your unit...KENWOOD Pakistan are making some really low quality products and costumer services is just not their...

Dont ever buy Kenwood products especially the inverter. We bought an inverter 4 months back and it is not working now. They give warranty for one year but their Ac has not been able to run smoothly for even 6 months. Pathetic customer service as they do not pick up phone calls and donot respond to the complaints. NEVER EVER BUY KENWOOD INVERTER. THEY ARE FRAUDULENTS. They just take your money but their services are not up to the mark. Very Disappointed.

Very poor and worst customer service I have experienced in my life. After selling their products, their behaviors are inhuman for their customers. I have recently bought a new 1. 5 ton split and within 2 months the machine isnt working. Better not to buy Kenwood products.

Every time i call they said our Service center representative will calls you but no one calls back. Serious advise to all Do not buy Kenwood product because the product quality is not good and their Warranty Support Services are worst.
