Mr. ravi is good guy there, but the entire system is slow..thier operation systems are slow on evening. suggested to go in mornings.moreover dont go to any courier office with full packing done, they need to check the items wheather it is legal or not.after that they ll accept the items.so one should go with bills of items of any.they charged 450 rs for mumbai and delhi each . proper receipt is given for same. beware from agents in market.

Visited to send a courier within India. Luckily there was no que. A brand new shoe received by courier had to be returned to the seller, in the original packaging. Waited patiently for the clerk to attend while he spoke on the phone multiple times. Then gave him my aadhaar card and waited some more while he spoke to others. Then he had an issue with the silica gel packets which are integral to all packaging. It was termed as dangerous. Asked him to show me any list where silica was termed as dangerous goods, there was none. Then there was a thorough inspection of the shoes and the clerk had issues with the sellers original packaging, including pieces of paper inside the shoe to maintain shape. The clerk took his own sweet time. Then the prices were triple of a speed post, but the system wouldnt send me an sms, we asked the clerk to retry sending the sms, but he was facing difficulty extending this courtesy. He felt my network connection was poor. Provided another number and made phone calls to prove that my connection was good. But the clerk was unimpressed. By this time I had had enough of the Service and didnt want anymore fussing and waiting. Just picked up my packaging, assembled everything the way I had got it and walked out.Sent the parcel through another courier service the same day in half the time including waiting in que and no fuss on the sellers original packaging.If you want to send couriers within the country you d be better off without DHL.
