I delivered my parcel from jalandhar to bhrampton on 25 july but its not delivered yet. First they were saying that tracking slip is removed from the parcel and lost somewhere and they provide new tracking id but now its sowing that parcel is delivered and when we call to their office they said that its been lost in brazil or may be in bhramptom.i mean this is such a irrisponsiblity. I mean how can we find our parcel now. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THEM. SUCH A CARELESS COMPANY.

Sent documents via their 3 day express from Sydney to Hoshiarpur but even after 1 week the delivery hasnt been made.when called to provide the details of the dwlivery agent thwy refused to provide that. Courier arrived in Jalandhar at 12 o clock on Friday but still not delievered on Saturday. Highly unprofessional service, never waste your money with them. I wasted $45 AUD using there service and now regretting.
