Good project on paper but progress is extremely slow. All the concrete work is being done on the front nose only. But still nothing on the bigger back portion other than excavation. With current pace, looks very unlikely that project will be completed in next 3,4 years..

No Chance at all that it will be completed in 2022. Extremely slow process. Visited it yesterday. Bed work is not done till now. 4 machines only working there. One side of the mall is just having a small bed complete which is likely a very small portion. Only dealers were wandering here and there to make videos and post on social media accounts to rob people. The fact is that they do not have any technology in Pakistan at this moment to make the tallest aquarium and underwater tunnels. I am 100% sure that the end product will be totally different and the project might lapse in future. Even thinking about the tunnels and underwater aquarium, 1 earthquake will be enough for it as we are on the belt. Now the technical part, the foundations are not very deep, the columns width is not reinforced and underground digging is not sufficient. To create the huge aquarium as well as multi story mall, each column depth should be more than 60 meters, but unfortunately at this moment it does not look like more than even 20 meters as well as the width of columns is like creating a small plazas. beware of it.

Nothing on ground, just imaginary mall that according to them is going to be delivered in 2022 I highly doubt it, they just have a good social media team. small front of the plaza and two three construction equipment is rusting at the site, there facebook page or website drops zero construction updates. just computer generated graphics to rob overseas pakistanis.

As an architectural design and features, its an amazing project because of their claims... All claims have to be proved with time and here in this case, there is no practical implementations to bring this project into being... Just dates and each commitment goes wrong... Management picked up billions of rupees from market and wasting the money like bigrray nawab, highly non professional attitude, non-payers towards employees and illiterate people who even dont know meaning of underwater...

I am going to rate it five stars, it is not yet build, but hopping for best shopping mall.
