One best arrive at least 2 hours before to avoid paying 5000pkr ( for a personalised car service) for a service. Their process and procedure is designed to delay u unnecessarily, for an interview, so u r left with no other option other than to pay for a VIP service that charges us 5000 PKR instead of normal 1000 PKR shuttle fee.

Since management of visa shuttle service is outsourced to new vendor, there is considerable improvement, staff at counters is courteous and also condition of cleanliness is very good. Inside the Center there are photo copier, visa assistance providers, mobile phone custodians and cafe. Shuttle coasters are new, clean and staff is good. Air condition of busses is fully funtional and seats upholstery is new and clean. Charge for individual is RS. 500 for going through shuttle busses. Also xecutive service, which is RS.1000 per person is available. Brand new corolla cars are used and four persons are carried in car. An executive lounge is also included in executive service, which has comfortable seating. It is advised to reach visa shuttle bus service Center at least 90 minutes before your scheduled time of interview in embassy. Shuttle bus leaves every 30 minute and cars are more frequent. Last, there is ample and free parking space outside the shuttle service Center, where you can park your car. This car parking is secure and tokens are issued. All parking area is full of trees.

Now I know why this place has average 3 star rating, 1000 for executive and 500 pkr for normal shuttle, and after 10 am, they operate executive service and tell the pessamger of normal service to wait for another 1 hour, I hope some one would take notice it. Moreover the driver ask for tips as well. If you want to board the economy bus visit there around 7 or 7 30, only then you can avail the normal service. There is no ATM so make sure to have enough cash with you.

I visited here few times. Travelled both in executive and economy buses. Trust me there is no difference but a little wait. And a kind of wait which doesnt make any sense. The other and big issue is that in general family waiting area more than half of fans are missing as well as the TV. For executive tickets there is a beautiful waiting area only for ticket holders ( although no wait is required there). They are only concerned wirh money. They take 100 for token and then 500/1000 rupees for bus ticket . I dont know whether this is the procedure to visit embassy in other countries as well or this is only in our beloved Pakistan?

They give you no information at all. After reading the reviews here, I assumed Id have a choice between the bus or car shuttle, however that was not the case. They charged Rs.1000 for the bus.Secondly, if you want any information, the main desk is useless, the guy in charge of photocopying was for more useful. If youre wondering about the facilities there:-Photostate 20Rs per copy.-Boot to get your forms filled.-Printing boot to have your documents printed via USB.-A travel agency.-A decent Cafe.

It is the important location to go to any embassy situated within the enclave.IMPORTANT STEPS FOR VISITING EMBASSY (for visa interviews etc):1. Calculate the time from your home to Visa seeker shuttle service.2. Always keep a margin of 30-40 minutes (to avoid inconvenience and getting late in case of rush hours )3. This facility has a parking area, in which you will need to give 10-20 rupees upon entering.4. 1st go to token counter and get a token number of respective embassy. They will verify that you have the necessary documents with you (passport, CNIC etc).5. Submit your mobile phone and other electronics at the facility provided nearby inside the area.6. Keep 1000-2000 rupees with you. Next step is to pay for shuttle service. They charge 500 rupees for bus shuttle (economy) and 1000 rupees for car shuttle (VIP) service.7. Moreover they do have following facilities:PhotocopierPrinting facilityWaiting areaPublic washroomsPrayer areaSnacks shop

This service is looting the innocent people who have to visit any embassy, specially in the morning. First appointment in US embassy starts in summer at 7:0 clock, similarly in many other embassies it starts 8: clock. But in the morning the early visitors are told that economy tickets would be available only after 9:00, and they must purchase executive service ticket at double the price. But what about executive service? It is not any executive service by any standard, the same coaches and even visitors have to sit on extension seats. Two years ago they used to operate cars for executive ticket holders, but not now. I dont know who is controlling this service and who would take any notice of this fraud.

They are just looting Pakistani for the sake of security. Pakistani People have no Brain. They charge too much for shuttle service while distance is not more than 5 kilometer. They charge Rs. 500 for Economy and Rs. 1000 for business. Now, having insurance is must to go inside. Rs 100 for every person. A new way to looting people. Before they required Id card photocopy and they were charging Rs 20 per copy. They get to know many people already have copy of id card and Rs 20 is little amount. They come up with an idea insurance. You will laugh when you read the terms.Paper Print and Cafe charges are huge (700%) as they serving in the Desert. If someone apply for Visa. They dont allow to send the passport back via mail so that they can earn more. Its a monopoly. They earn 100 Million Rupees per day by fooling the people of Pakistan. Why NAB cant see them. One of the reason Pakistan is still developing country.

Just to give up heads up passengers travelling to Islamabad International Airport make sure watch closely your personal luggage/belonging. I understand the new Islamabad airport is sufficiently equipped with security guards and security cameras but believe me when it comes to finding lost luggage it is not only hard but also saves you time from unpleasant ordeal. Remember folks not all the time passengers luggage is verified while exiting airport.

Saves time, highly recommended if you want to go to any embassy in Islamabad. They have enough parking to park your car. The shuttles are of two types: Executive: Car that carries 4 persons at Rs. 1000 each, Economy: Bus that charges Rs. 500 each. Although on return you will never find a car no matter how much you wait, so catch the bus as soon as you see it.

1. Shuttle Service timings are from 06:00 AM to 04:00 PM.2. They recently started a new Executive service (1000 RS/- with return ticket). Executive service is way too costly but it has following advantages;a. Its ticket counter opens at 06:00 AM where as economical class counter opens at 07:00 AM.b. Wait time is less, i got my car within 10 min where as in economical class you have to wait for other people because they have big buses.c. You can reach early at embassy and can get early token :)3. Car parking is a plus point.Note:1. If you have an appointment, make sure to be there 1 hour early just to be on safe side.2. They have counter where you can deposit your bag, cell phones and other stuff.3. If you appointment is on public holiday make sure to check your embassy website calendar. Guards at main gate misguide you as they dont know anything about embassy opening.4. Standard character bank branch will be close on public holidays which means you have to come again next day for fee deposit. If you are living out side of Islamabad make sure to dont book appointment on public holidays.

Too bad for visitors. They are making money. Everything is 1000% Expensive. Using executive service they charge 1000rs but not provide separate car. All are carried in buses. If you buy a normal tickets which costs 500rs you have to wait for the bus as long as they want you to wait. Too bad experience here so far. Additionally take a copy of id card they ask you to provide. If not then photo copy is very expressive there.

Its sad to see how some so called legal companies are looting and ripping off people. This service and the company running it is o ne of them, although it is legally running this whole business but the rates and rediculously high and the service is not worth such spending. If you arrive in the terminal you pay 3 different fees at 3 different places, entry and parking fee, checkin queue and fee 100PKR, and then 500 Economy and 1000PKR Executive fee to actually get to your desired embassy or consulates. No fixed timings observed, i did not have to wait too long while leaving but coming back it is not clear or written anywhere what time the bus will arrive hence I was waiting uncertain about the bus.I would like to request concerned authorities, management to revise their tariffs plus improve their services by making a time table for the buses, stops, timing etc at the terminal and each embassy stop. Having a map and all the stops and time required would help people better manage their trips.

It was a fine experience. You have to get early, almost half hour before your appointment. And its juts a suggestion that even you are spending alot of money for the process why not spend the 1000 Rs. for executive service. That would take you fast and they have many cars just driving around the enclave, you can travel anytime you want, either to bank or back to the shuttle station.

Your bags get submitted at gates. Guards at gate are rude, dont give any guidance. They presume you know everything about security protocols. You need to submit your mobile inside. The shed where you are waiting for bus has three fans. During Ramadan hot day, it was a test for your faith and roza. I wish I had pics for the condition of shed. Anyways the bus are good but the driver was so damn rude, not willing to give any information as how are we gonna picked up by bus when done. They just drop you off at the nearest point to embassy without any directions. You have to wait in scorching sun for the bus with no certainty when bus will come. I highly recommend not to take elders or young kids with you if they arent absolutely needed. My daughter got severely de hydrated during the trip. I did complain to embassy about the treatment but I guess they cant do much. I respect security and all but this doesnt mean aweful treatment.

Ridiculously overpriced and definitely not worth it; some of the staff (especially at the reception) was extremely unpleasant, rude and uncooperative. Not only this, but the Rs.500 economy ticket is ridiculous for such a short journey. Furthermore, I was forced to pay Rs.120 for literally two black and white confirmation document pages that I needed to have printed out because the lady at the reception counter did not let me proceed further without them (these were later found to have been unnecessary). In essence, horrible service that I wouldnt have opted for even if it had been free.

Steps to perform:1)- Go to token counter and take the token of respective embassy. ( CNIC needed)2)- Go to ticket counter and buy shuttle ticket (Economy 500/person, VIP 1000/person)3)- Submit your mobile phone.4)- Go to departure area.** Economy class recommended because it is easier to find economy class bus on the way back than VIP carOverall experience was fine

After hearing a lot of negative feedback, I got chance today I personally used this service n the experience was just okay. Simple trick is keep photo copy of your CNIC n passport to obtain token as first step n avoid rush. They have photo copy facility inside but its bit expensive n time consuming job.The next step is to pay the travel charges according to your priority, economy ccsts Rs 500 n executive is Rs. 1000. Both are ok but economy class takes little more time to fill as they use Mimi buses those have large number of seats. Deposit your valuables n dont forget to take the card before riding the buses. While reaching at the embassy driver call the name of embassy so be sure of your desired embassy before getting off the bus. On the way back catch the first bus no matter you have executive or economy tickets.Take you deposited items n leave back home.

Diplomatic Shuttle Service (DSS) is started to maintain the security of Embassies of different countries in Pakistan. It is situated on 3rd Avenue Near Quaid-I-Azam University Road, Near Imam Bari Islamabad Pakistan. Visa Seeks have to take ticket for the bus if they are want economy travelers and if they are executive travelers then they have to pay double for the car service, going towards his relevant Embassy, further they have to wait for a bus in waiting lounge. To get the traveling ticket it is mandatory that you must have a passport or computerized Identity card otherwise you will not be allowed to travel toward any Embassy. As the bus or car arrived it will take them their selected destination. Visitor has also an option to visit the canteen and have refreshment. Private agents are also available for providing facilities of form filling. If you need your passport size photo on urgent bases you can get a photographer there. Photocopier is also available to get a copy of your documents as record. People waiting there can enjoy TV, they can pray in the prayer area, they can purchase a magazine to read some stories. You can check your documents there. Mountain view from the windows of waiting area is an attractive option.
