Worst ever experience. Will never visit again.

I just went to their f7 office. The guy omer was a thorough non-professional guy. I told him I will clear my bank dues and want to sell it. He said first go clear and then come to us and then we will access your car. I asked him that this doesnt make sense, what if I dont like offer and then Ill be stuck to sell on that as I would have cleared my car. He said not out problem and that Ham yahan garian check karnay nahi baithnay... I told on his face that I have just accessed you and your company thru this comment only.I wont recommend these scums

It is a corporate entity that buy second hand cars to resell onward... Good thing is you feel safe and comfortable in dealing with them being a registered company unlike other traditional car dealers in the town. If you agreed upon their offer after haggling, they will pay you an advance token money and will call your car for second inspection... if all ok, they will pay a cheque in the name of car owner. All their procedure are their standards SOPs. May be sometimes their offer is lesser than open market but not necessarily.

Basically opportunists. Quoting you very low just with the hope some one uninformed will fall for them. They also pretend to be experts but are not. They take your car pics, send to some people and the quote is made on the basis of their input. Not recommended.
