It was worse satiation ever I seen, The passengers whos stuck due to covid19 was gathers around the Saudi Airlines office in Islamabad but the office still remend closed at 11:30 am. High official should take notice of it.

Cheap flights but so is the service. Poorly managed company, regular flight delays that can take hours. Hospitality is not their forte.

Total collapse. A crowd of people standing in front of office with shutters down. Staff is entertaining the agents under hand. People having return tickets are unable to get it ok.

Pathetic situation. No solution. Just saying dont worry on losing ticket money.

Very poor refund services by this airlines unfortunately we book ummrah tickets for the month of January but because of Saudi Arabia lockdown we cant travel, from the month of January till date i didnt receive my refund i requested more then 10 times but poor services by the airlines. I personally not recommended this airline please dont use this one PIA is batter than this Sos called airline.

The place is locked since long. They dont even have the courtesy to keep it open and process refunds for people who suffered miserably due to saudi flights suspension

Staff is too slow I mean there are 2 or 3 mens are dealing and they spent much time on a single person

There is no process here for ticketing and assistance. Do not go here to buy tickets, buy them online. Pay extra but do not deal with this pathetic off shoot that claims to represent Saudi Arabian airlines.

Such an arrogant staff as they never answered any of there official number. One must have to visit there office even for a small info that could be share through phone, if they respond.

Saudi Arabian Airline is one of the top ten international airlines. I travelled through this company and I found it useful. I usually recommend this airline to my friends and family because of its reasonable prices, large seats, comfortable planes, professional and sophisticated facilities and learned staff.SA airlines head office is in Karachi but a general office is also located in Islamabad. Its Islamabad office is in Blue area.

Worst customer service ive ever face by airline. No one handle calls and agents add destination by their own. I went for changing my seat date and come out with another destination from original and charge me extra 9k rupees.Strongly not suitable place for human being. A very poor experience of travelling with Saudi Airline from Jeddah to Islamabad on 15 May 2017.The staff on the aircraft was so unprofessional that words cant describe their true worth........their behavior towards the passengers was insulting ...... as if they were travelling free of cost or on charity..............No airline in the world treats passengers like that.............you request them for a simple glass of water and no one turns back............i saw a number of elderly people waking themselves to the stewards / air hostesses den in the flight to fetch a simple glass of water.......the aircraft crew was ..................SIMPLYDISRESPECTFUL, ARROGANT AND AT PLACES HUMILIATINGto most of the common Pakistanis travelling by the airline.i conveyed my point of view to the Captain of the Flight as wellHowever not sure whether it would have an impact or not.............
