No answer from them on thr phone, they get back to you on another number. I had to move there the next morning, to get information regarding specific laboratories regarding PCR tests (like other airlines) they were not aware of any specific list and are not up to date. Then found a « list » but France was not a part of this. They assured me that I can do it in any laboratory (the test). and that I would have no problem for boarding. To be certain I called the French embassy and there was a list of laboratories a real one. update your agents on their work.

PIA Islamabad office deals its customers in great way. Sitting arrangement is enough and comfortable. Staff is cooperative but waiting time is sometimes boring.

Services are good but a usual Pakistani attitude of not going out of the way to help the customers, theyve to get authority from superiors for everything and since theyve upgraded the system passengers who purchased tickets using old systems will have to go through alot of stress in order to change or refund the tickets, hope it will be easier once whole cycle of old tickets is completed.

Very beautiful building with huge capacity but la k of staff, most of the counters are empty and vacant as there is no staff working on tye stations and there might be a reason bcz people dnt trust PIA :( thats dnt hav alot of demand :(PIA must ensure quality of services to get its legacy back

Islamabad Office is good, people are cooperative, and good in knowledge and are famaliour with PIA rules regulations for flights etc which are related to customers.

Extremely disappointed with the arrangements and attitude of the staff. Unfortunately and regrettably unprofessional and unconcerned staff. In my personal opinion all staff needs to get professional training and should be loyal to their service. Im not happy to give my nagative commitment but am forced to cuz i really am extremely frustrated and disappointed.

One of the worst airline service in the world I booked my mom ticket on my credit card when she went for boarding card the pia staff refused to Issuing her boarding card and asked her to show me your son credit card and cnic as an international traveller it was new thing for me luckily I was at da airport with my card n cnic so matter has been resolved it is my advice to everyone please dont use your credit card for this funny airline

Well to be honest PIA might be the most pathetic airline service in the world.I bought the return ticket from Islamabad >> Calgary where I was allowed to make one free change. So on the way back when we wanted to change the date of our return from Calgary, PIA guys were saying that you cant do that, you have to be in Islamabad physically to avail that. I said there should be a way, they did not had any answer. So lazwal service!!!!!

My favorite part from the flight from skardu was the air hostess asking all the kids to put their drinks themselves. Because she couldnt be bothered. Unparallel service

PIA is a trouble which you can avoid by paying A little extra money to any other airline. You are in trouble as soon as you plan to travel with PIA from point​ you buy the tickets till you get out of airport

Well PIA locations have good investment but it is not managed properly.

Once I went there to get ticket. Their was rush and likely 20 people were in queue. There was 4 to 5 counters which only one was operating. Rest of counters was doing nothing. They didt bother to provide service even to senior citizen. Worst services.

This is wrong name for the company it should be named as Steamed Engine Railways of British Era. If this is airline and their staffs are of electrical speed then what about turtles they may be called as supersonic.

Very poor experience. Screens didnt work so no entertainment. Seats were uncomfortable and broken leaving the guy infront of me leaning fully back so there was no space to move. Staff were rude and unhelpful they didnt respond to the button press or even come to give water. Paid almost £1000 for this ticket and this is what I got. There is nothing positive to say apart from being the only direct route to Pakistan. I dont even expect any compensation.

Things are changing around this airline for better Inshallah.

PIA booking staff at Blue Area office are very very lazy and inefficient

Same atmosphere for which PIA is always known.

PIA main office in Islamabad blue area has good customer services but parking here is a big issue so spare some extra time to find parking during peak hours
