No doubt ptdc motels provide good accomodation at good locations but its really painful that to get any information, the given number of information and booking centre is not responded. They need to do something to improve their service.

Great service . Never expected to see a goverment office treat some one with respect and professionalism. But this one has had me think otherwise. Kudos to the excellent service and guidance .

You cant get through to them in phone because its mostly off the hook. But if you visit they assist you. Usually their rest houses area booked months in advance during high season.
