Good track for solo hikers and to check your muscles, you may take rest at Monal for hot coffee or drink or to chill out after long tracking. Car parking is at Ataturk Ave.

A very good and place with good scenery.. trail number 3 is having some steep ways uphill so people with good fitness must choose trail 3 for a good hiking day.. on the way to end of trail, there are many short cuts , but they are difficult due more steepness..

Great hiking place, make sure to bring your gear just for safety. Use easier path (less inclined) for going down. The shortcuts are patches and always join easier path. What happened with me:My headache triggered due to faster blood flow so I had to take a rest during a shortcut. Since it was not getting low, I had to return, so I was taking the same shortcut which was wrong. A guy told to hike a little higher and join the easier path for going down, he gave a very good advice, so thanks to him I returned safely.

One of the best trials. Hiking difficulty is high. Steep track from the beginning. One way to monal if you are fit min 2 hrs. Beginner 3 to 4 hrs. Not many shady areas so in summers best time is 5 to 6 am Or evening 5 pm. Easier track is trail 5

One of the best hiking trail of all trails. You should definitely try this one. A real beauty. Also there is a shortcut (hotline) to the right of the entry point, you can try it although it is steep but it will save your time.

This mountain track is situated o margalla hills islamabad facing famous sector F-6. One of the best trail to work out and hangout with family. I have done almost all the track but i really recommend trail 5 and this one personally. Keep energy bars and water bottle with you on trekking also do not throw garbage/ litter on track to save nature.

A good trail with alot of view points but on sunny day in summer it is little bit hard to go on this track.But overall it is also a good trail beside trail 5.

This track is awesome for mental and physical relaxation. You get fresh oxygen and sound of birds makes me happy and relaxed .

Everything is good. Best place for hiking in twin cites. Managment/CDA is failed to keep it clean. Senior Management must take steps to keep it natural.
