I had a great experience at Probike. I needed help upgrading my hybrid bike and adding some drop handle bars, new shifters and knobby tires. The owner and the mechanic were incredible. They listened to what I needed and set my bike up better than I thought was possible. I highly recommend them for all of your biking needs in Islamabad.

Got a new Cobalt brand bicycle for my brother. He rode it 3 times about 20 minutes each. The rear sprocket set broke down after 20 days of.purchase and the bearing went flying everywhere. We went to the shop and they said that parts are not covered in warranty. I dont have a problem with that and they sold me another sprocket with free service (really). The problem is that it was a new cycle and should never have had this problem and in so little use it should have been repaired.free of cost. The sprocket should have been verified to work correctly in first place. Who sells damaged parts in new cycles.If this is the case with new cycle at high cost with no quality check, then most of the cycles will have similar problems. The shop keeper uses a phrase made in china to justify the standard. I dont believe this bluff and at the end of the day the shop sells quality and if it.does not then name of shop is affected. I will never buy another cycle from this shop.

Bought this wonderful Trek Marlin at a bargain from Pro Bike a year back. Has been a great bike! Went cycling up monal at night and on the descent fell because I was fumbling with my phone ( which I dont recommend). Fell on my face but the helmet saved me. Cratoni, German and the best available. Not even a scratch. Tldr, fell got the normal bruises and cuts but safe otherwise. Bike and helmet, top quality stuff and would definitely recommend the helmet to anyone who actually care for their life. Stuff is available at probike, ask Sohaib Bhai and do pay him a visit. Great guy with sound knowledge and great customer service.

I purchased a bike and since i had to send it to Gilgit the store kindly agreed to assist with packaging and courier. There is a good variety of bikes and the staff is very helpful.I will update the review once the package is receieved in Gilgit to see if it is the same quality as it was shown by the store.

One of the best bike shops in the twin cities. I would highly recommend Probike for all your bike needs. I first went to them for some bike accessories and saw that they have a good variety of accessories and the prices are reasonable as well. I also wanted a new bike and unlike other sellers, they did not attempt to sell a smaller bike for my height. I had to wait a little (shipping delays due to the COVID pandemic) but got an amazing Opimus bike 29er, perfect for my height. Customer service is also great. Both, Sohaib and his father are excellent people to deal with. They also offer repair/servicing for bikes but you may have to wait a little depending on how busy they are. Payment can be made by cash (preferred), direct bank transfer and credit cards. They have a huge range of bikes, kids bikes, affordable Chinese bikes, high-end imported brands bikes, etc. If you’re looking for a new bike or accessories, do check this shop out. Keep up the good work.

Unwelcoming and irresponsible owners, selling bycicles at overly priced rates taking advantage of the lockdown and copping money out of peoples pockets!Also sneaking in high number of customers in the shop through a half closed shutter into a tight aisle where everybody is so close to each other, very easy to catch corona!Highly not recommended.

They have mostly Giant bicycles and some lesser known Chinese brands for both children and adults bicycles. Due to current Covid-19 situation the inventory was somewhat limited. The shop is bit cramped and to be avoided on weekends. When I visited social distancing was impossible due to rush of visitors and lack of space. I did wear double masks and disposable gloves but it was still a bit uncomfortable so I got out quicker than I would have under normal circumstances.

Prices are inflated... But, many different models of bikes available, and after sales is not free, but not bad...

I bought a fairly expensive bike from these people and withing a day of riding around (without even having shifted gears) the gear shifter broke and they refused to take any responsibility for having sold me a defective bike and charged a very high price to fix this. I also learned that the bike they sold me had the seat very low and does not even extend to the height it is supposed to (I learned the proper method to ride a bike later) and I would have to spend even more to purchase another extended seat

Seems like a high quality bike store, they ordered me an Ultegra part for my Trek bike. The problem I have is that they sold me a chain lock for my sons bike for 1000 rupees, normally sold for 300-400 rupees. I bought it because they said it was high quality but it wasnt. It literally fell apart in my sons hand the same day we bought it. Will update review when I get the Ultegra part. It could have been a one-off thing. Too early to tell because this was my first visit.Update: ProBike is awesome. Their customer service is amazing. And Suhaib is a really nice guy. ProBike is a high end bike shop with a good selection of bikes. Today they fixed my Ultregra gear shift and while I was waiting on it, I bought a Giant bike for my 7 year old daughter, a couple horns and tail lights and a new Giant brand bike chain for my son (which they credited the purchase price of the first one mentioned above). I will definitely use them to service our bikes and if I need parts in the future.

I was traveling through pakistan and I took my bike to bleed the hydraulic brakes because the circuit had air.Good. Although they didnt know the system, they were struggling for two hours to repair it until the work was done. well predisposed to help. They are one of the few places to fix things like that in Islamabad.Bad. The workshop and the mechanic is not professional, at least for this type of work: They dont have a propper stand or enough space to work, so at some point he had to support the bike directly on the rear derailleur. He contaminates everything with oil also the brake pads, and now the pressure is ok but the pads are useless.

Cleaned and tuned up my gears and chain very well as well as providing a free box for me to transport my bike on the plane! Awesome guys

Now, easier to find a good bike in Islamabad.I will be coming back for more parts to primp my bike.

My experience with this shop was worst. He sold me a locally produced tyre at higher prices and the tube was also sold at higher prices while the quality was cheap. Strongly not recommended.
