It is impossible to call them...... more then 20 days and am still waiting for visa extension. Worst department. Online system is useless for citizens,just tell us openly that via online system we have no chance to bribe....... For sure many will help to run your additional budget. Shame on you all.

Extremely slow online visa process, very unresponsive, irresponsible and incompetent staff. The website says that online visa processing takes between 7-10 business days, but I have been waiting for more than two months for my visa, I applied in September 2020. They need to update their website, if they cannot process online visa applications in 10-days, then they should not bluff on their website just to pocket peoples money. The information on NADRA website is very misleading. Even when you call them, they say it take 10-days to process which is a total lie. Simply no one from NDRA respond to email or phone calls. This is very frustrating for tourists and visitors who are planning to travel to Pakistan. Additionally, do they realize that they really hurt our governments economy by delaying peoples visa application process? They are really hurting our great country Pakistans reputation for tourists and visitors. Do you know how much money tourists, travelers and visitors are pouring into Pakistans economy? Do you realize that tourists and travelers help the economy grow by bringing more money with themselves and buying stuff from Pakistan while visiting, using PIA, other transportation system, visiting historical places like Lahore. Our great countrys senior government officials should monitor NADRA.Overall, very poor customer service and contradicting information for the public. My beloved country, Pakistan deserves better staff at NADRA.

I got my kids visa today it took some time so i was bit worried i was keep calling on the number provided on the website but no one was answering then i call pakistan high comission in london and luckily the person(AMIR Ali) who answered the phone was sooo polite and gentle man, very professional and he helped us through all the procedure i have called so many times and he picked up everytime and explained everything so politely . unfortunately before i never had a good experience with PHC LONDON but this time i am amazed by their service only because of AMIR ALI we really need these kind a professional people in staff . i highly recommend PHC LONDON to hire such a polite and professional staff

I am from uk a british citizen, applied for pakistan visa online, but it very painful procedure to pass through it and UK Birmingham embassy visa officer assured me that i will get visa on 09 december 2020 and he promised me with surety, and i booked ticket my ticket on 10 october 2020 because of Visa Officer mouth word confirmation but now visa officer keep saying that NADRA E visa service not working and its 50 50 that i might not get visa on time, everybody should be aware of that online visa apply do not help at all and full of stress, i would not recommend online visa service to no one.

WHERE IS THE OPTION TO EDIT CORRECT INFORAMTION IN THE APPLICATION IF YOU MAKE A MISTAKE.. NO OPTION. NO COMMUNICATION. I SEND IN SO MANY EMAILS TO CORRECT MY SON DATE OF BIRTH BUT NO ONE HELP.

Hi,Seems like everything works ok, very fast answer 5 working days.But I am a bit in a problem,...- For one of my clients i enter wrong first name ( all other details are correct). On the website is no email , where i can write it to nadra,DO you know what is email and what can I do? I already have a grant visa nr for that person and we travel for a few days.

They dont deserve any star, very disappointing , i filled out everything then when i submitted my application and pay with my bank card and its been declined my card. is there anyone knows about which card do they take? even they dont have any paypal options too

I got a refusal for my family visit visa and they also didnt told me the reason for that. There are so unqualified people. Also dont pickup the phone or answer the E-Mails, so how to contact them:(

I applied for E-Visa on 14th of July and after two months of wait, they now says they have forwarded my application to Pakistan High Commission in London. If they are referring cases here to the Embassy what is the point of this online service.I thought they were making it easier for visitors, very disappointed and worried about missing my flight which is in a few days.

My visa application date according to the e-visa platform was 31st December 2019. A whole month on, January 28th and I still have had no reply and no visa. I have sadly missed my flight to Pakistan which meant i missed my best friends wedding due to the Pakistani system incompetence. Should truly be ashamed and it does not surprise me people avoid the country.

No one answers the phone during their operating hours and you will only get generic replies via email. Terrible, Mr Khan announced the whole e-Visa system to make overseas visitors life easier, sadly it doesnt work. They operate how all the corrupt departments operate.

Pathetic Service. Rejected my (5 year old) daughters visa without giving any reason. Waste of my time and money. Most frustrating part is either they do not receive your call or they just receive the phone and hang up. I would never recommend this to anyone.

I applied my wife visa on 4th of Sep 2019 thinking that within 7 working days I will get her visa but I did not get her visa and my travel date is already up on 24th of Sep 2019. Still visa is not processed. I email them to check on the status of my application but they replied it will take 7 to 10 working days. 10 working days are also gone but still no visa. Holidays become stressful for my family. I do not know what to do. Pls someone help me.

I dont have words to explain my disappointment while trying to get someone to answer the phone or respond to an e-mail. It is stressful as it is to get a visa processed even though it supposed to be online. I am rather surprised Pakistan wants tourism/business and the level of service doesnt improve. It is a beautiful country but how will people promote it if the change doesnt happen?!

I have tried many times to update my documents on my application but your website will not let me add any more documents,i have tried in multiple languages to explain my issue which is very simple, i sent the new documents by email 5 times manually and was told that they would be be placed in my application, but i have had 4 rejected Visa applications, i get told to add more documents in the rejection emails but the site will not let me ,i have now missed 3 flights and now have no chance of a holiday, in the hotel which was already booked and all because of email staff or Visa Officers not looking at attachments, phones do not get answered, this place is incompetent

No customer service whatsoever, I have been trying to call last 3 days but no one ever answers the call. If you email them they wont answer your question and just send you back an automated reply. Very stressful situation as we booked our seats and dont know anything when we going to get the visa. NOT happy at all.
