This is a CDA building which has certain important wings here. The most important is BIRTH REGISTRATION center. So all newborns born in Islamabad will be registered here. You need to get a proforma, get it printed on a legal paper, and with a hospital s birth certificate, each parents CNIC, you get apply for a registration.I was trying to find the building for a long time due to wrong information provided by even different CDA offices.Its NOT in Sitara market, but close to it. The parking is not an issue, and its a spacious building
