Although the building is nice and its easy to navigate. They do not pick up the phone. I wanted to get my domicile made and needed to confirm about the required documents. No one picked up for two days. I finally found some information online and went to the center only to realise after waiting in a line that there was an additional form to be filled which required a stamp form a police station and a voter registration certificate (of which there was no mention on the website).At least pick up the phones so people can get their information straight.

Nice facilitation center. If you need to get International driving license. It takes ten minutes. You need Copy of driving license and CNIC. Also a copy of passport and valid visa for any country.

A very nice and. Comfortable environment for issuance of International Driving License, Domicile and Arms license without any hassle. Just bring along required documents and process would be extremely swift.

Sir ive a question. I belong to Toba Tek Singh. But my I.D card has two addresses . I want to get N.O.C from Islamabad. Due to far distance, i cant come to Islamabad. Can my uncle get my N.O.C ?

Excellent services, I got my international driving license in 15 minutes time back in 2019.

Citizen Facilitation Center situated in G11/4, clean environment and simple instructions. You can get your domicile certificate from here along with International Driving License and Weapon Arms license. With the required documents, it takes around 10 to 15min. Overall cleanliness, sanitary and hygienic measures are strictly taken into account.

I’m an AJK resident. And to obtain an International driving Permit, I must provide following documents:Copy of ID cardCopy of PassportCopy of VisaCopy of Driving LicenseAnd If I’m not living in Islamabad, I must produce a friend/relative living in Islamabad, get him to sign an affidavit stating that I’m living with him(ID card copy and presence of Card holder is required) and then his/her address would be written on my International driving permit.AND if you don’t have a relative/friend living in Islamabad, legal process states that U can’t get an International Driving Permit. The dodgy ways include paying 2000 to the guys who would provide their Islamabad address ID or a fake Affidavit form.International driving permits are issued based on Vienna convention signed in 1968 and our AJK government still doesn’t have a system to issue a driving permit and we are sent to Islamabad to get insulted.The staff at this facility is professional, courteous and helpful though. My experience was great but I’m very upset with the AJK government for not having a system in place to issue IDP.This is very unfortunate that even after 70 years of so called independence, we still done have a reliable system to get very simple things done!Fee: 350 PKR for normal processing (Takes 7 days)1050 PKR for urgent processing (Printed right away)

A good dedicated setup that shows a lot of potential. Much better than what they had previously i.e. typical government building and offices.The staff were a bit iffy because of the software glitches and delays it was causing. Otherwise things were good and smooth.

It was a very nice experience getting my International Driving Permit (IDP) here. Service attendant was very gentle and polite. It hardly took 15 minutes for me to get the IDP right away (after paying urgent Fee of Rs. 1050).

Just a suggestion...they should consider putting a photocopier on the location as I had to go to nearby building for that.

Its a well organized setup. Various services including international driving licence, domicile and arms licences are issued.

I got international driving license in 1 hour and its awesome. Time is till 1 pm daily.

Good facility but lacks a photocopy machine so you must get all the required documents copied before you come here
