It is a good initiative to build a park here. The big positive is the gravel running track. The negative i gave us because it has maintenence issues. Lots of over grown grass

The park is yet to be developed. However children come here to play cricket in the evenings. Hopefully the management will initiate development soon as they have started leveling the ground.
