One of the best cinemas in town. Seriously Ill rate it better than Cinepax as there is always decent crowd that doesnt hoot all the time ruining the fun of others. Screen and sound quality 9/10. I mean they even allow outside snacks. How cool is that? The only issue Ive faced is that they allow toddlers in the cinema which really become annoying after some time. Seriously, imagine youre watching endgame and theoughout the movie, every minute, you hear this toddler chatting with his mum. I know now moms will hate me for this review but seriously. I being a marvel die hard fan, watching endgame. And this toddler just wont shut up and tbh it ruined the fun of watching the movie.

Decent seats and good movies

The atmosphere is great and comfy. The place gives a homely touch as there are not loads of people. The food and service is great and also you find bowling next to the cinema which is a great plus point.

Located in DHA 2 Islamabad.... Very nice cinema hall to see movies... DHA 2 is a gated community and they have strict security rules and measures therefore it may be difficult for normal citizens to go and watch movies... However it is not that people cant go there altogether...

A good combo of gaming and cinema for families and friends

The theatre is nice and usually clean. Seats are comfortable. Screen quality and viewing angles are also good. Food quality and selection needs to be improved.

It is a comfortable cinema set up like the classic cinema houses with two screens each with a capacity of approximately 100. Two rows of recliners and the rest are ordinary seats but fairly comfy. The quality of equipment is reasonable although on some occasions it feels like it needs an upgrade in terms of focus and colours. The recliners are set up top close so taller than average people with full recline might end up scraping the back of the seats in front. The snack options are dismal and the popcorn sucks, it never feels fresh. The staff doesnt maintain a consistent customer experience esecially the ones who book the tickets over the phone. Sometimes they will surprise you with occasional instances of shock therapy over incorrect booking, being smart mouthed and giving away your booked seats. It is overall and decent entertainment option with excellent parking and fairly decent crowd when considering family outings.

A less crowded cenima with families all around you. It seems like you are watching movie in your own place.Seats are wide here, parking is available and environment is very satisfying.

Best atmosphere, unlike majority of cinemas where un ethical viewers visit, making calls, charing with each other etc. May be as it is run by forces therfore always found good educated gentry

Hall size was average and the sound quality was good but not that much loud. Overall, the cenima is best to watch a movie there.

Nice place inside DHA phase 2

Good cinema but very far. Prices of food and ticket are also economical. My issue is with the regular seats. They are not comfortable enough. If you want to enjoy a movie at jfc I would recommend you buy the ticket for recliners.

Very affordable and clean

Last time I was there a couple weeks ago they didn’t have pop corns nor coffee. The attendant said they are out of stock. Strange for a cinema, took away half the fun. Screen and seating is good, family oriented and mostly army families. Peaceful.

Great Experienced

Movie halls are okay. The discount counter was a bit understaffed. Had to wait a lot in line to get some ready made popcorns and drinks. And missed part of the movie as a result.

Probably one of the best cinemas for a family viewing experience. Theyve got a great screen and the halls arent overly stuffed. Definitely would give it a 5 star when compared to other cinemas.

It is a nice and comfortable cinema. But, what I saw on second day of eid (13 Aug 19) for 8/45 PM show of superstar was disgusting. The cinema management had laid extra chairs in the hall as if it is a flying coach on Chakwal route and they open folding seats. Very unethical.

Nice cinema with good screens and allied facilities. Ticket is Rs. 500 for regular customers (possibly the lowest in the twin cities) and Rs. 425 for JFC members. Also offers 50% off weekend deals on films (mostly English language ones). My only gripe being that the sound system in the cinema doesnt have a normalizer which makes loud noises in films deafening.

Jfc is a good place to watch movies with your family and friends especially their weekend deal is highly economical. One thing I dont like about jfc is their food court, the quality of eatables and deals arent good

Its an amazing place to go as a family JFC also has a bowling alley as well its pretty awesome the cinema is awesome rooms big enough it also has the option of a golden package in which you get some of the best and moat comfortable chairs.

Amongst one of the best in twin cities in cinema experience.Cinegold and Arena are good but this has those occasional 2D movies available which many cinemas dont offer now days.

There cinema has currently two screens/halls. A good interior and exterior. Other than movie you can enjoy Bowling in the main hall.

Extremely incompetent staff, very poor public relations handling. For the movie Sherdil we had booked recliners, we were asked to reach to reach the cinema 30 minutes earlier. We reached on time but about 5 minutes were wasted while standing in line. The ticket handler refused to acknowledge out reservation citing our late arrival. We were the ones giving explanations to the handler while he wasnt even listening. We requested him to find us some other seats, but without even asking the movie name, or the number of people he straight away said that no seats were left. I have to add that I was with my family, we had to return insulted and heart broken.We had gone to watch Sherdil to give a boost to ISPR, PAF and our local film industry, but sadly it was ruined by the JFC Cineplex staff. They need to promptly improve their public relations handling, otherwise they will loose customers very quickly.Afterwards we went somewhere else to watch the film.

Need to review their timings. Best shows are kept late in the night. Many people who want to see 3D have to visit at 2300 hrs as none kept in day or evening time

Overall experience was average bcz we almost 7 people were there around 2 pm and the staff of the cinema and also of bowling area looks unhappy and they seems like unwelcome. I dont know but their attitude was unprofessional.
