I think the one in bukayriah, saudia is better than this branch, if i have to give 5 stars Ill give em both 5 but theres something missing in Islamabad branch like they dont guide you through minor details if you dont ask em, but i loved the view and environment , the food was delicious as well.Breakfast is complimentary with your stay.After breakfast all meals are paid but delicious.Cleanliness 5/5.Staff is nice and well orientated.And theres nothing left to review.If you have any questions ask away.Btw i didnt clicked any pics because i was there on buisness so for your convenience Ill post some photos from there page .

My 4 day stay was hosted by the best hospitality. The staff is extremely sweet.Food: The food was so good that the family didnt even feel like eating elsewhere in Islamabad.Health & fitness:. Ramada has a heated swimming pool, sauna and jaccuzi. The water was extremely clean and every possible facility was there.My take: will definitely go there again and will recommend everyone else to atleast try.

A great place to spend a few days in comfort and relaxation. Staff were a little confusing when providing information as a lot of it was conflicting. All in all, a friendly and supportive staff and environment. Pool & Spa were impressive. Will definitely stay again.

Apparently, theyre a 4 star hotel. But their hotel decor is pretty decent. And the scent (bakery, perhaps) when you enter is delightful.The rooms arent big though, but staff is friendly, and its spaced out (owing to Covid), so thats good.The only downside is the lack of covered parking.

When we arrived having paid online the desk clerk insisted that we had not paid. He showed me a printed reservation which clearly stated we had prepaid he did not agree prepaid meant we had already paid. He insisted I use my credit card to pay again this was even after I showed him my ban k statement showing the money had been taken. Once we got past that hurdle he then said the booking was for 2 people. I showed him my booking which again showed 2 rooms and 2 adults in each. He has asked us to sit and sit wait and offered us some tea which never arrived 10 minutes later he called us back and gave us our room cards. We checked the rooms and 1 room was a twin room not a double as booked and paid for. In the morning when I took up the payment issue with the another desk clerk he agreed that we had paid and should not have been asked to make a security payment with a credit card. A shambles

It was an amazing experience staying at Ramada. In my opinion this hotel is far better than PC and Serena in terms of food quality and staff attitude. Breakfast and Dinner was fresh and tasty. I would definitely stay at Ramada for my next trip. Keep doing the great work and service.

We stayed for a night and I feel it’s important to provide the most reliable feedback.Booking process: simple, easy and quickWebsite: On the website, nice room sizes and free airport shuttle is an additional perk.Price: One night 18000 rupees with tax.Reality: Room size was extremely small. We were promised two double beds. For three adults we had two single beds and one mattress. The Room was extremely dusty although they started cleaning on us pointing it out, we couldn’t sleep all night due to mosquitoe bites and bed bugs. The Amenities were used but they replaced them immediately on pointing out. Free breakfast was included. We requested this at 4am due to an early morning flight. After calling reception four times, the breakfast was delivered at 4:45am and included breads, cup cakes, cake and tea. We were promised eggs and potatoes. On reminding them they only provided eggs.Airport shuttle was actually in fact a small car and they will make sure to fit your 5 suitcases in at any cost. You have to somehow squeeze yourself into the car alongside your suitcases even if that includes many twists and turns.I will suggest to avoid this hotel at any cost.

Was here to try their hi-tea. A variety of continental desi and chinese dishes were available, all of them tasted amazing. The desserts were tasty too. The ambiance is as good as you can expect. A perfect place for a family or official gathering.

This is great place. the facility offered in the hotel are good. the rooms are clean and spacious. the food was nice, however the the menu is a bit over priced. the mini bar was ok. the meeting has was good enough, however the furniture is a bit old and has begin to wear out from the edges. the only big problem i observed that there is not enough car parking available, the space given for car parking out side the hotel has a signed board which read, park at your own risk. this is something the hotel management should look into. other wise i like the place.

I have always admired their hospitality. Somehow ... one of their annoying front desk person kept calling for something....on which I asked him to hand over the phone to his floor manager ...and he hung up. Maybe it was this individual, cause I have always loved Wyndham hotels

All in all this Hotel is not a bad Hotel.Good price/performance ratio.Positive:- The rooms are clean and comfortable.- Dinner at the rooftop with BBQ is top.- Service and hospitality of the employees also top.- Compementary transport to and from the airport to the hotel.- Securitygards who make carefully checks when you like to enter the hotel.Negative:- Internet. The Internet is really bad and very slow. It took me almost 10min just to access my email account.- There are some spots in the hotel as well in the rooms which need a little refurbishment.I enjoyed my 2 nights stay and I can recommend this hotel for a trip to Islamabad.

I had an industrial visit from COTHAM Islamabad here in Ramada. We All Students have a really Wonderful Experience. They gave us tours to every single department and explain it very well. The staff was very Polite and Well trained!

This was our 3rd time staying at Ramada. The first 2 times were great but this time we were extremely dissatisfied with the service. We left the room for about 6 hours and did not leave the clean room light on and we came back to a clean room, which we did not give permission for. If we had known someone would be coming into our room we would have locked our suitcase and kept our personal belongings and valuables stored away. This was a big breach of trust and privacy which we brought up to the manager and instead of apologising or saying he would look into it he said he disagrees with us and that this is common practice and we should have left the do not disturb light on. I have stayed in countless hotels both in Pakistan and abroad and this has never happened to me before. What is the point of having a clean room button if they are going to clean the room anyway, and the do not disturb button is used when you are in the room and do not want to be disturbed. This review would have been a 4 star review if the manager had taken our concerns seriously instead of telling us it is wrong of us to feel like our privacy was violated. Extremely disappointed. Not only that, but at 11 am one of the staff members rang our bell and asked to check our mini bar. This happens during checkout and is extremely cheap of the hotel to disturb us while we are in the room, asking to check our minibar. The staff was also lazy and incompetent this time around; the bell boy took ages to come up to our room to take our luggage and we waited 10 minutes after which we just decided to take our own luggage downstairs. We also received a call from reception asking if we were the ones who asked for a bathrobe - we didnt. We used to love staying at ramada but there is absolutely no way we are staying there again after the behavior of the manager. There are 100s of options in Islamabad and we will try serena or Marriot next time.

The health club is great and offers, gym, sauna, swimming and Jacuzzi. Bbq rooftop buffet and restaurant offers quality food as well.Yes the gym does not offer a lot of variety of machines, essential equipment is there though. You may have to rely on free weights at times.

We were initially adament going to Ramada but we dont regret it at all now. Compared to Serina and PC, I will say its the best so far. The buffet on the roof top was excellent quality, many options, value for money and we ate alot. Rooms are bigger than the other two I have mentioned in the same price range. Quality customer service.

I stayed for around 9 days in this hotel and I am to be honest quite confused. So basically its really difficult to rate this hotel because when youre thinking they are the best hotel in the city they let you down. Lets start with the positives. The rooms were super luxurious, the furniture was exotic, the hitea at the executive at the executive lounge was excellent, the breakfast was awesome, bbq and desi was perfect and the best part was the temperature controlled pool, jaccuzi, steam room and sauna bath.Now the departments in which they require serious improvements. Sometimes it takes 2-3 calls to room service/housekeeping to get some work done, it should take only one call. The worst was the lack of sound proofing in the rooms you can hear conversations and noise from other rooms easily. I heard a woman shout and swear multiple times while I was inside my room and she was inside hers, I got out worried and the staff was like sir hota hai kabhi kabhi. I found some of the staff really unprofessional. The food is unreasonably expensive given that the dishes like sandwiches and continental food are cooked really bad.I think if they can improve these departments they can definitely be my first choice. I will come back again after few months to see if things have improved.

Yesterday we had a chance to stay in Ramada Hotel Islamabad . There is shop of jewellery in the lobby I went there to buy a pendent! After that I fill the form they give in which they ask my name , address , cell number and email ....and from last night the jeweller is texting me on whatsapp and text message! And calling me repeatedly... i recognised the jeweller from his dp ! I called Ramada management and complain them with proofs !And surprisingly they denied to every fact they said the person does not work there anymore! Even though that person can be clearly seen in the CCTV as well !Claps for #Ramada ! We trust them stayed there and give them really good amount of money per night or per meal ! And in return they give zero security to their clients !A huge disappointment from RamadaPlz share this post bcz when you pay extra ! We want the return extra ... this is not expected from a five star hotel customer service!!Now I expect from ramada hotel to apologise otherwise i am going to take legal action.

The hotel is at quite place and what i like about it the food in breakfast. Staff is caring and the Ambiance is also OK. Dinner per head in buffet is little experience.

I came to stay at this lovely place with my company ,loved everything about the hotel and Rooftop BBQ was out of this world . Cleanliness need to be observe at some places .

Service is great. Rooms are reasonably priced and clean. Beds and sheets are comfy and clean. Reasonable flat panel TVs (knock off brand with generic remotes...sometimes works). Remodeled bathrooms have less than optimal layout for some rooms. Overall good place to crash if you are on the way to or returning from the Islamabad International Airport.

Rooms are good, dinner buffet is very nice so many items to eat with very good taste.

Excellent Hotel to stay in Islamabad. Great rooms, very clean with all amenities. Very good staff. Free shuttle is provided upon request to the airport.The only downside was the food at the restaurant , even though a good variety was not great. Luckily you are in Islamabad and a quick ride to some great restaurants.

This was the first time I visited the hotel for a dinner. I had never been there before, and had always thought of it as a glorified guesthouse. However, Im happy to say I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and variety of food that was being offered at their restaurant. The ambiance pretty good as well. The rooftop sitting arrangements were quite pleasant, though I feel it was a bit chilly, and a few outdoor heaters would have gone a long way.All in all, it was a good experience, and one that I would not hesitate to recommend.

I had a great experience while my visiting Ramada hotel Islamabad. This hotel is great, the services is good and rooms are clean. There was a Cafe inside hotel where they have different tastes of foods,,, in short i fell inlove with the food(i had a breakfast there). All staff members were professional and pleasant. Nice atmosphere and perks, the hotel is environmentally friendly and gives each guest a proper attention and comfort level. Also in addition to it there were shops inside the hotel of precious stones are art, the prices were high elevated but enjoyed them.

Located at Shakarparian, the hotel gives you excellent views of sceneries and Rawal Lake with great service.
