A wonderful academy for many reasons:1. Very experienced and friendly teachers and most of them are black belts. One of the best karate teachers of Pakistan Sir Irfan Bhatti (black belt 5th dawn) is leading this academy.2. In a few months the fitness level will definitely increase3. Fees is nominal4. The learning program starts from basic rules, stances, punching, defence, locks, punches and kicks.5. Warm up exercise on daily basis for 20-30 minutes is really helpful for fitness including stretching/splitting/push ups/ jumping/ abdominal crunches/ neck, shoulder, elbow, back and legs exercises.
