A beautiful place which has been decorated and furnished very aesthetically! The view from the terrace of horses and some people riding was simply awesome! The food was excellent! A treat to visit and dine there!

Vast hall of approximate 200 people with capacity of open gathering around 200 extra people . Parking area could be the red flag as its not as per guest capacity .

The occasion was an Old Gallians (Matric 75) mini reunion. The setting was awesome. Food was great, and as there werent many people, service was good. The only item that was terrible was the Jumbo Shrimp. Everything else (Pasta, Grilled chops, grilled red snapper, fried fish, coffee) was really good. Cost for 8 was Rs 15,000.

Meet was better if little well cooked.Staff is very good & courteous.Location is right on Muree road, adjacent to Ramda hotel.Inside hall photography is prohibited.Parking is spacious and enough.No specific dress code.Overall experience was very good and worthy.Highly recommended for families & friends.

Islamabad club is the exclusive club of Capital where entry is restricted for members or their guests.Saddle lounge restaurant is one of the many places of Islamabad club where you can enjoy food and beverages. I enjoy the relax and serene environment here. Food is good. Service is superb.

Red snapper steak was exceptional

Saddle Dining Room provides nice food on very reasonable rate. However, the entry is restricted only to the members of Islamabad Club. The club members can take along their friends and family members.They have lot of dishes on the menu and standard of cooking is reasonably good. However, it is the overall ambiance of Islamabad Club that makes Saddle Dining Room special and worth a visit. Had it only been this Dining Room operating independently as a restaurant elsewhere, I would have probably not visited it second time.The fact that this place is only for members of Islamabad Club (or the friends of members accompanying them) and a common man can not visit this place even he / she has the money puts Saddle Dining Room low on my list of eating places.

Riding club is only for members.Usually I come here for riding on the weekends and it’s amazing. My favourite horses are:Ranger,plumber,Silver.Plumber was my most favourite horse but,he died because he was very sick ,and Silver even used to be my favourite horse but,one day I fell of and hit my back on the ground but I did not CRY.Sadly he is gone to polo ground and the professional’s ride silver now.The coach of riding club is really sweet he tells us all the basics for riding and I have been doing riding since I was 6 years old and mow I’m 10 and I ride the horse myself but with the instructor infront. My name is Rania and I have 10 dogs in my house.

With sports ranging from Table tennis to Gym to Sqaush and Tennis court it also boasts a 18 + 9 hole course. Having hosted national and international events.The horse Riding club has one of the best horses and very qualified trainers having served in the Presidents Gaurds.

Dining at the Saddle is a great experience. Their chefs are masters at their job. I loved their Tomato soup, bread basket, Feta and Walnut Salad, and Red Snapper steak. The ambience reminds me of the 1960s and earlier, All wood decor with a panoramic view of the riding track The waiters are efficient and pleasing, and the place is not crowded. But the menu is continental only. Pakistani cuisine is not on the menu. I love the Saddle Dining Room for its good food, ambience and spacious parking. Its for members of Islamabad Club only.

Great ambiance, not-so-good food.The saddle Lounge dining room is a good place to hang out, but thats about it. Never ask them for tea or cheesecakes or even fish for that matter. Everything LOOKS great, but tastes awful.The cheesecake tasted like a babys cerelac, and not the good flavour cerelac either, so those of you stealing your kids nephew/nieces cerelac beware.The fish is bland and incredibly dry. The steaks are especially bad. Ordered a medium rare, and even at a place like this, it arrived well done with the waiter telling me sir medium rare would be too raw. Can you just give me what I ordered please, instead of making assumptions about what I would like Instead?Full marks for ambiance, none for the food.Oh also, no coke. Only pepsi. Hope thats okay

This is the riding section of Islamabad club and open only to members. The dining room is part of the main building and furnished to give one a feel of an English equestrian country club. The menu is limited but meets the customary high quality associated with Islamabad club. Additional seating is available on the balcony.
