Overall Experience is great. Staff supported their best but in vain. They qouted a different price on the day i visited there and when we brought that device for repiar they told us that prices are increased and touching the sky. How cheap behaviour is this..? Is there anyone who sufferred such like me..? That was a waste of time and i was much disappointed.

Huawei customer service center , give me very quick response. The staff is kind and gentle. They solved my smart phone Y6p problem very quickly and easily.

Its an oka Huawei store. Most of the time you wont find updated Huawei stock here. But still if you want original Huawei products, this is the place to go. Also you will find their rates reasonable compared to the normal mobile stores. You can contact them before your visit to confirm if your desired product is avaiable and if not they can arrange it for you ahead of time.

I had a Huawei phone whose LCD was broken, I thought I should get it fixed from the genuine shop as they were offering a 30% discount during Ramadan. On my surprise, they not only changed they touch panel but the battery too (since the battery is attached to the panel). The repairing process took only an hour. After the new panel.and the battery the phone was as good as new. While returning my phone they also gave me a gift pack which includes a juice, a handsfree, and a biodegradable bag. This gesture was so nice that it made me write a review. I hope the Huawei China Mobile sorts out their ordeal with Google as soon as possible.

A.o.a I gave a Huawie Y7 Prime 2018 in your office before 1 month but they cant pick call. i want to complain against these office workers tell me the procedure. their office is situated in Mezanine Floor Mehmood Plaza Fazl e Haq road Blue area Islamabad.

First they told to collect on same day when.i reached after travelling 20km it was not repaired...secondly i called customer support centre they told that on Friday you can collect at 2pm but when i reached on center they asked me to wait till 3pm as break is till 3pm

Very bad experience, would you believe it i got three different estimate from them for one problem, in reality there was nothing wrong with the phone just needed charging connector to be clean.

Amazing service centre. I went there today to get my mate 10 lites damaged screen fixed. They fixed it in 3 hours and exact same genuine panel! With new battery, glass protector and free service. All in 5000Rs that was discounted from 8200Rs.

Visited Huawei Islamabad service center today, their response was excellent, my phone was in warranty, Problem with phone was resolved within 20 to 30 minutes. No charges were demanded.secondly they were offering tea, Kehwa to every customer, 100% satisfied with services, well done keep it up.

Very bad experience. I have a P8 lite phone which wifi disable and on contacting Huawei customer service center they told that board will be changed for Rs.11000/- whereas similar 2nd hand perfect phone is available in market for less then Rs.10000/-
