Very good experience. I think the breakfast needs improvement. The staff needs to be more efficient. The location is brilliant. Its a peaceful and friendly place.

Minor inconvenience in that when I was checked in, they used my full name as the wifi password instead of just my surname. Just a bit of a hassle having to type out my whole name when logging in to my devices. Personally I also found the bed a bit too hard and the room a bit too quiet at night. Other than those mentioned above, overall still a really great stay. Friendly staff, nice room and bathroom (bath tub even had bath salts) Service was really good and had phenomenal experience consistent with that of the hotel. Right by the Safa Gold Mall so no need to sit through the Uber or some other transport you can go by walking distance only. A bit pricey but you definitely get what you pay for.

Worst place ever. Horrible and dirty rooms. I had 4 rooms equally dirty. Breakfast was horrible. The cleaner even stole my phone and when I asked to get the camera footage he said that the cameras didnt work. STAY AWAY

Guest house with clean rooms and clean toilet, room service is also good and good food quality but food price is bit expensive.

Overall its a good place situated at F7 with markets, mall and restaurants nearby. But I cant say about its food because I havent tried it.

Illegal use and encroachment of a residential property. Guest planning to stay here should know that this place is an illegal den of land grabbing mafia threatening the peace and tranquility of an otherwise great neighborhood.

Good location at a reasonable rent of Rs 3,500 per night rent of a room for 2 persons. Breakfast is complimentary.
