MOFA Attestation block is better than all attention office in Islamabad. Proper sitting facility, Air-conditioning, 4 LED TV screen, are installed in hall. There are 10 counter, counter no 1 to 5 are submitting counter for general paper, counter no 8 or 7 are submitting counter for attorney counter no 9 10 are delivery counter.1st you can go in post office and buy attestation tickets/ Revenue tickets then come inside office and obtain Attestation form and fill it write your name ID card number, Cell number, then go to token counter to get token. After that wait your turn after 1 to 3 hars. You can receive your paper from delivery counter. One thing MOFA not charge any fee for documents attestation.

They accepted only those documents which required a thumb impression or physical appearance of the applicant. All other certificates (police character, birth certificates, or marriage certificates) refer to courier service. Courier service takes 10 to 22 days for this one day process.

Worst experience, too many people and only 1 counter for ladies, they issue token number but they dont call people by token number. Simple excuse, token system not working, of its not working then how they are issuing token number.

Management is very rude..no information desk active there. I personally visit that place 5 time for affidavit attestation. They dont guide properly and demand a new document everytime you visit.. There must be a information desk at that place with good educated staff that guide people properly. They are public servants but their attitude is very rude

Attestation process is hectic you need full day for this job. When minor thing in Pakistan change for benefit of commone people. Worst Govt, bureaucracy.

One should be able to attest documents from MOFA after the attestation of HEC and IBCC.You should come to MOFA as early as possible (08:30 am). First step is to buy tickets from post office beside MOFA. Then grab an application form from MOFA and then get token.Most important announcement, must get your token before 2 o clock. Office timings are 9 am to 5 pm, but they dont issue tokens after 2 o clock.

Too noisy inside hall. Some speaker is malfunctioning its like standing inside a jet engine.

Waiting period is so long. People that comes from outside of Islamabad and Rawalpindi, should be given a seperate window section with seperate counters.MOFA is updating their system time to time to avoid any inconvenience happening to people that comes but still i see mismanagement and misbehave when dealing with people when they looses their temperament due to such a long wait after a long travel.

2nd time here for POA attestation. No change in behaviour, process and mismanagement. Parking is disorganised, no air conditioning, no senior citizen counters, no female staff to help females, men and females in same lines. Come on Shah Sahib organise this bloody place.

Due to the COVID 19 Pandemic, walk in consular services are suspended except for the attestation of Power of Attorney.Moreover, pathetic people to deal with. Unprofessionalism at its best. Unnecessary delayed times and a really uncomfortable environment.

Overall good experience if you arrive early (8:30 am).First get your tickets from the Pakistan post counter located just outside the block, Show them your documents they will provide you with the specific tickets. Now, paste the tickets on the back side of your document (as required).Get inside the block take the attestation form from the rightmost counter(Rs 10).Take photocopy of your ID card and also photocopy of documents to be attested (bring these with you if u want to save time).Get into he lane at the leftmost counter with all these documents, the guy will provide you with the token.Now wait for your turn to submit the documents and after that you can get your documents from counter 9 and 10 located outside the block.Ps: 4 stars because there is no information counter.

If u want to speed up ur process get ticket from Pakistan post office according to the list in given picture.Get your token and submit ur documents as early ~9 am to recieced back in earliestA person must be as self or only any Blood relation can get ur work done.

Worst people, worst place. Its been 20 days since i sent my documents to be attested and they have still not attested. Sust tareen log!

Good setup but utterly rude and pathetic behavior of staff that receives documents. Visited MoFa attestation block thrice found them exactly the same everytime.

Process needs improvement.

After your documents are attested from HEC, you should also get them attested from Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Pakistan (MOFA). MOFA has camp offices in all provincial capitals like Lahore Karachi as well as in Islamabad.Reach there just before 8:30 AM with your document to be attested. Do not forget photocopies of your documents from both sides. Also, you will need 25 RS POST office ticket to be stamped at the back side of your degrees. Either you can buy the ticket from any post office or you can also get them from the MOFA office.Photocopier is also available on campus.Inside office, you will need a token number for your turn. On your turn, a representative will take documents from you and will return them within 30 to 50 minutes.That’s it!!! the entire process is hazel free and straight forward.Info- Do not forget photocopies of your documents from both sides and also CNIC photocopy.Update: As per ProPakistan article, MOFA is launching QA code based attestation service. This is huge step to ease the process for common person.

I sent my document for attestation via Leopards courier for my driving licence NOC after paying a fee. The document was returned to me after full 1 week and today i scanned the QR code sticker pasted on it. It shows details of some other person. And iv so limited time and needed to take this document along with me in 3 days. This is such sensitive information and misplacing stickers on documents ! Any person can misuse this information. Not to forget the hassle of now visiting myself and not sure even then if the work will be done or not. Dissatisfied. These r the reasons foreign countries dont trust Pakistanis.

Mofa is using qR code system to attest the documents.i had my police character certificate attested few days ago.when I came home and scanned the QR code.it shows the error and don’t work at all.ebassy will simply reject the document .I don’t understand why mofa using the system which they can’t handle .Staff is rude and un-ethical.they simply don’t care when you ask them a question.

Upon arrival get the post office tickets one for each of your original document, paste it on the back of your document and then go inside the building. Take right from the building entrance and get a form from the photostat shop there.Try to reach as early as possible say 9 a.m. otherwise you have to stand in a long queue for token which may take up to one hour (note that this is the queue for getting a token only). Then your token will be called on any of the various counters. Once your document will be submitted, it will take 2 hrs to get attested.Recommendation: bring your original cnic with you.Info: Only you or your blood relative can get your document attested no one else (friend etc) can do the job for you.

No one is on time. In Ramadan staff supposed to be at 10:00 am yet no one is here until 10:15 am and there is no space enough to accommodate people, heat sweat and fast driving people crazy and no one cares no one is here to complain to, no system at all. It’s shah Mehmood ministers, someone should take notice of it.

Nice Services

A nice building but absolutely no organized parking space. The cars are parked haphazardly and often others double park causing great problems. The process itself takes whole day to complete. Although the staff try their best, the document delivery is un organized amd happena randomly even when the token nunber is taken.

For Work

Plz bring copy of all docs. & NIC which needs attestation along with you to avoid huge queue for copies at MofA. Before entering to building just buy post office tickets window which next to entry gate , once you enter MOFA get the application form and fill it than get the ticket for submission of docs. You can be call within few minutes.. submit the docs and get them back after 2/3 hrs from collection window..

This institute is concerned with documents attestation needed for Visa Application. There 8 counter 4 deals with docs submission and 3-4 for receiving back. Its takes 2-3 hours to complete your procedure. No fee needed to attest, only postal tickets are needed that are provided Post office building near it.

Comfortable

Now days very busy area alot of people coming for attestion of document especially police certificate users....only ticket charges no attestation fee...

Just like every other government organization this place is poorly managed, if you want to get your docs attested on time you should reach there at 7 am, or even before that only then you will get free at around 11 am, there is not enough parking, so if you get there around 9-9:30 youll have to find a parking spot too.

Late attendance and less counters for information.
