Expensive but Excellent. They does allow you to go in the labor room with your wife. Not sure if any other hospital allows you. Rooms are clean, food is fresh. Staff is polite and helpful. One day bill for the normal case was 130,000. Overall a great experience.

My advise would be that when ever you go to MEDICSI for a scan. If you are concerned about patient privacy and want a female doctor for examination. Always communicate to staff and your doctor beforehand. They have both male and female radiologists. Sometimes female radiologists are not available and you do not have any other option but to get an ultrasound from a male doctor. If you are concerned about it always ask the management. Do not assume anything. Sharing from personal experience.

Just dont trust the anaesthesiologists there especially doctor sohaib, he didnt even look at my file and just started talking like he was trying to sell a product to me like a sales man who doesnt care at all. His tone also changed once i told him my health history and he was no longer recommending epidural like he was just 2 seconds ago when he didnt even bother looking at my file and history. He also didnt fill in his anaesthesiologist form at all and didnt check off so many things, one of those things were if the patient had a history of asthma, which i did and he didnt ask me that even after i gave him my history. I made a whole video about it on youtube telling every single thing. Their senior anaesthesiologist didnt seem like he was making a decision that could be possible but like they were trying to play safe and avoiding a lawsuit. This felt like a huge cash grab and financial move, which i understand that its a buisness after all. But it shouldnt cloud medical judgement. They took away the possibility of us avoiding a c section and thats not fair. However, Everything else was great. My doctor was great. The service was great.I wish the doctors guided us better during labor and someone calmed us down. But other than that, we had a healthy baby and im good too.My husband was with me the whole time aswell. Its honestly the service that got this place 3 stars from me, otherwise because of the anaesthesiologist issue alone, i mightve given this place 0 stars.

Absolutely pathetic service. Pregnant women and children have to stand in waiting for hours. When confronted about wait times youre told you can leave and that youre there by choice. Purely money minting operation. No empathy at all. Dr. Yasmeen refused to meet and address concerns. Would not recommend to anyone. Please do yourself a favour and find a good doctor else where. They might be the best but its not worth your while to go there. Would not even give that one star.

Best hospital I have seen in Islamabad & Lahore. Specially for maternity reasons. Doctors and staff are very professional. Awesome services, they never made me run around for things when my wife was admitted, like other places.I was with her whole time to attend to her.Thank you Medicsi, keep up the standard.

Excellent and State of the Art health Care center for Pregnant women, Pregnancy cases and neonatal care. It seems like it is expensive but it is totally not expensive. In fact comparing with other hospitals, such as Shifa International Hospital, Maroof Hospital etc. Medicsi is not expensive.Money Vs Facility/Health/Care is totally worthy. I had 2 my own 2 cases here with Dr. Asma Kamal. All went good! They dont accept any insurance, so you might have to claim to your insurance on the bills.Highly Recommended!

Our experience with Medicsi under Dr. Marzia Hafeez was excellent. Before I delve into the review I would like to point out that my wife is a doctor who has worked in Pakistan at Shifa, Holy Family and Fauji Foundation hospitals before moving to England and working at Kings College Hospital, placing her in a good position to compare the medical professions across countries. We decided to have our baby in Islamabad due to family support and started visiting our shortlisted hospitals and birthing clinics with a checklist compiled by my wife.At Medicsi she went through the checklist and ticked everything she had written. Medicsi had:- A private room for patients- A sofa in the private room for a guest to sit and sleep- An attached bathroom with the patient private room- Baby ICU in case of emergency- Operation theater in case of emergency- Anesthetist on call (who can administer epidural if required)- Child specialist on call- Labor room that is not shared with any other patientAs bonus we also noticed some nice to haves such as the private room facilities including TV, AC, Microwave oven, Kettle, Fridge and Baby cotFollowing our inspection we knew that the facilities were top notch but we also knew that a hospital is as good as its doctors and that is where Medicsi stood out.Being a doctor herself and having practiced medicine in Pakistan my wife knew exactly how horrible a C-section is for the patient and how convenient it is for the doctor. She was also aware of how doctors in Pakistan are known to lie to patients in order to convince them to have a C-section. Since birthing is a very critical stage of a mothers life women often give in and get a C-section done.Thankfully our doctor, Marzia Hafeez Alvi had very strong medical ethics (similar to what you would expect in England). She was willing to spend the entire night in the hospital labor room fostering a normal delivery than do a 15 minute C-section and go home. She was also well aware of my wifes sleeplessness and suggested her an epidural drip for labor pain relief. The epidural was so effective that my wife actually fell asleep in the middle of her labor waking up fresh and energetic for the delivery.Shortly afterwards we were blessed with our first baby, weighing 3 kg, delivered normally. In a nutshell we had a great experience with Medicsi thanks to the hospital facilities and professional conduct by Dr. Marzia Hafeez Alvi.

Best Gyny hospital in Islamabad. Dr. iffat is best for Gyny. The staff is really nice. Although, the hospital has no gifts for staff policy yet I found that some nurses are really clingy(they just want some money). I went to all child specialists here but Dr. Josa is the best.

Had a worse experience at medics with Dr Salma Kiyani. I was early pregnent with my second child and doctor salma kiyani didnt tell me that i will have a c section again due to early pregrency and told me to wait for labor if i want so i waited. After crossing my 40 weeks all of a sudden i got pains and rushed to emergency the doc on duty told me that why i waited for the labor when i was early pregnent she called salma kiyani for emergency c section but she said she will come after sehri and it was 9pm at that time even though she alarmed her that we cant wait now and must operate asap but salma kiyani didnt bother to come how irresponsible she was. They monitered fetal heart rate for hardly 5 mins and removed the device and shifted me to the room. Some how we waited and i got into active labor and all this time they didnt monitered my baby again they were totally unaware of my babies condition because they didnt monitered fetal heart rate again and when i had worse pain they informed salma kiyani that they cant wait now and told her to rush and took me for emergency c section after waking from anesthisia i came upto something i never ever thought of that i lost my baby girl due to meconium aspiration they told me that baby was in stress and she swallowed meconium. How can they all be so irresponsible if they had monitered my baby they must have realized by her heart rate whether shes doing fine or not im sure they were not prepare for this and didnt do her suction aswell they killed my child and its all there negligence.I didnt took any action against them because none can bring my baby back but i belive in Allah he will do justice for me inshaAllah.

Pathetic website, outdated information of doctors on website, no online appointment system. No SMS confirmation of appointment. Phone lines are faulty most of the time even if some one pick up the phone they just hangup. No politeness found in the tone of customer representatives available on phone line. The worst thing is dont even have an online complaint system. Such a stoneage organisation.
