The hospital is really not ok and hospital staff is non sense doc will do good but the other staff dont know how to talk with patients unable to understand how to talk and how to treat some one. Hospital management need to improve staff and focus on hospital cleanness

I went for my sons wart (it has to be treated with liquid nitrogen). All went perfectly fine. Its cleanliness was quite good and the staff was very co-operative.

Never experienced anything like this, worst experience in life. Coming from Germany, daughter allegedly got invagination, wanted to make sure that the little one had it again in KRL private hospital. Another recommendation was to go to the KRL Hospital to Dr. Ravish is said to be the best doctor there. Such a bad doctor, she doesnt care about the childs life. She also finds it difficult to speak, such a disrespectful one. Chatting while talking on WhatsApp. We would be told you pay 40000 pr and stay there night, we will do the tests tomorrow. Although there is a need, the alleged doctor only wants to collect money from foreigners. Private hospital, paid and still not getting any Volstendige treatment, bells wont go, thats how you finance those who dont deserve it. She doesnt deserve the title Doctor, something like that in Germany should be in prison!

I went to KRL Hospital for MRI. The doctors and staffs are very professional. The price of MRI of Lumber Spine was 7,000 PKR = 45 USD. I recommend this hospital.

Paeds ward is a mess. Went to get a surgery opinion from Prof. Naeem. Looks like his staff in the ward has no clue about his time and routine. Waited for more than an hour for the doctor to get my son checked and then left the hospital without it. Id rather not put my time and money on someone who doesnt have any specific time to check patients and expects patients to wait with their toddlers for hours. Horrible communication with patients and clueless staff along with an open time policy of the doctor.

Doctors and nurses in Gynea pay good attention to patientsThe only dislike is.. the clerical staff needs to be told to be efficient.I must admit that Dr. Nasreen Rehmatullah, consultant Gynecologist is a real blessing of Allah and one of the best additions in this hospital.

I can say its a caring hospital with relatively high consultation fees @1200. The nurses can be a bit rude and prudent, but the doctors were extremely kind and comfortable to talk with. My wife was admitted there in her two pregnancies under the consultation and supervision of Dr. Bushra Babar, though she is a best gynaecologist but we had very bad experience with her in respectively 2017 2018 2019 years . She had Faced failure of two pregnancies with DNC operation in both cases. When my wife admitted there for DNC procedure we experienced very poor facility, smelly dirty beds with full of cockroaches, flies were everywhere, nurses were uncooperative, night shift lady doctors were ignorant arrogant as well .... list goes on.

One of the best among Islamabad hospitals. Neat and clean environment. Doctors are well experienced and well equipped. Surgical instruments are sterilized daily overnight. One can find each n every specialist under one roof. Wards and rooms for Patients are well maintained. One can have attached bath, state of the art medicated bed, small bed for attendant n a TV to pass the time in a private room. Pathological laboratory can have all kinds of tests. CT scan facility also available. Hygienic n tasty food is always available in the cafeteria. Recently a new building for medical college and hospital Extension is started that may improve the facilities even more.

One of the best hospital in Islamabad. Though my parents can use Al Shifa and other top hospitals in Islamabad for free or minimal charges due to on panel.. But i have always used this hospital since they retired.All other hospitals, just treat you as another account.. Especially Qaid e Azam hospital is just waiting for someone to pop in and here you go they bloody charge you for micro seconds....With KRL my mum had knee replacement, dad had hip replacement and now i am getting my mums Cataract surgery.All done privately and on very reasonable price compare to any other private hospital in Islamabad. We especially ask doctors to arrange a private or VIP room for admissions and pay little extra to staff directly for extra cleaning and maintaining hygiene quality.Overall highly recommended for best doctors in Islamabad under one roof for a very reasonable price.P. S obviously you cant compare hospital cleanness and services compare to Qaid e Azam or any other private hospital but i a sure you doctors here dont work on commission basis so they will genuinely try their best for speedy recovery. Rest Allah knows best.. My review is based on my experience..May Allah help and protect us all from all the evil in this world.

All KRL employess regardless your smilling face you must know that you work to help people get better not worest, my mother falled and she has not fracture at all but who is working in emergency said that its fracture needs operation and admit and must be take pluster to support her Really it was horipale experince for my mother specially and you made us upset and in scarrring condition Please if you do not know what you do with patient do not sell your duty and make us pay big amount for no correct or sure diagnosis We will respect you when You say go other place because you do not know how treat our patient rather than ask us to pay big money or even small Its Haram bcz yiu scared us and spechially my mother plus its waste our halal hard earning money

My first visit to this hospital for House-job inquiry. Everything seemed okay, services and stuff. By the time I got there, administration office logged off, so I couldn’t get the information I needed. Anyway, I wouldn’t recommend the hospital for House-job in your department of interest because I didn’t see any pressure of patients over there. This means learning opportunities will be less.

I found the management to be clueless about a number of things. Finding a good doctor according to your treatment requirements is also strictly hit-and-trial: some of them will treat you like family, others will behave rudely or at least apathetically. Its better to ask somebody (a relative or some other patient) for a recommendation on doctors according to your case.

Please improve time table for private patients .canteen rate very good .Tests fees for private patients is need to improve please .I give 3 star to krl hospital only because of doctor Anila Nisar .she is a great personality and very Helping and kind full for patients. This hospital is good for panel patients but need to improve for private patients. Ok

Very good hospital in islamabad

A very bad experience with Dental surgery, Doctor Khwawar and their interns of medical students are so cheap, they only took charges and not dealing good with patients. They deal patient as a customer. My mother tooth is damaged because of their attitude. They are charging huge money without giving proper attention to the patient.

The hospital was good one but the timings for private patients need to be improved along with the dues of the doctors.

One of the good medical facilities in isb, staff is also nice, only problem is waiting time on Saturdays

Krl Hospital provide good medical services. Dr. Aamir Gazanfar best doctor in Surgery department. Dr. Tahira Batool good in gynaecology department and Dr. Kamran Majeed, a name in urology department. Specially Gynaecology department, Surgery department, urology department, ENT, Children department and Medical department have well organised and provided best services 24 hours.Krl Hospital clinical laboratory have clinical specimens in order to obtain information about the health of a patient as pertaining to the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of disease. laboratories are thus focused on applied science mainly on a production-like basis, as opposed to research laboratories that focus on basic science on an academic basis.lOverall situation of Krl hospital are very well and great.

My first baby was born in KRL under the supervision of Dr Salma Kiani and she is best in terms of support and experience. KRL overall is 3 star hospital so it means you will get good quality services in lower price as compared to other big hospitals of Islamabad like Maroof, Shifa etc. Staff behavior with the patients is the most concerning thing for me. Most of the time they show very rude behavior. Management is least consern about the hospital. Parking is the worst problem right now and kindly build some good website for the hospital with every detail. Overall my experience with the hospital is good and I can recommend everyone to give it a try.
