Non professional and untrained staff. I thought Islamabad branch better than rawalpindi . but they are even worse. Very disappointed with the service and staff. There was total mess and they even do not know how to fill out basic covid test report forms.

They probably have one of the most modern and sophisticated medical equipments not to mention the very cozy lounge. Amazing health workers, commendably highly professional. A bit of investment on training the staff to learn English properly would have made that difference though.

The covid testing service was very bad. The people were irresponsible and no separate place for sick people or airline passengers. Didnt expect this from IDC

Covid 19 drive through is good and unique facility available here. But in last three months the service is at its worst even after off peak times. The staff lies about non availability of drive through.

Folks just giving you heads up about Covid19 PCR Testing. It is strictly enforced by all Airlines from Pakistan. The cost is like PKR: 6400/- (US$. 40/-) valid for a period of 96 hours from time of departure on all flights from Pakistan. It is absolutely mandatory, no exceptions or you will miss your flight. IDC or Islamabad Diagnostic Center located at G8 Islamabad takes a lead in providing certification of Covid19 negative or positive and also at the same time legally protected themselves by publishing a small disclaimer on their website: Disclaimer: Every diagnostic test has scientific acceptable technology or technique based limitations of uncertainty of measurement, false positive or false negative and so do not fall under the domain of negligence. In case of any such scenario, we offer free repeat of test within 24-48 hours. Funny isn’t it which actually kills the very concept of this testing but maintains psychological satisfaction.Now to the next topic of drive through. Please keep in mind this is NOT drive through. This is Pakistani kind of a drive through. First and foremost, those who are computer literate and know how to REGISTER via online please do so otherwise you’ll end up wasting hours in this tiny room for Covid registration. You can do that easily via your smart phone or laptop just remember you need three pieces of information, pictures of your valid passport, your ID Card and your Itinerary or electronic ticket with PNR. I did it all with my smart phone, easy. After submitting your request, you will be given one unique registration number. Just have that registration number assign to your designated Covid department to check you in for the Covid test where fee will be charged. By the way when I arrived in Islamabad airport, No one has ever asked me about my covid free, just a simple temperature check.

We are old customers of idc and fully trust the results and the service but this time when we went for covid test done before travelling the service wasnt good. We wanted to get our drive thru test done but instead they asked us to register pay inside . So whats the point of getting it done in drive thru? They should have proper drive thru system with registration service and payment in car and then covid test in car aswell. There is no safety when you have to go in any case.

COVID facility staff was untrained. The processing system was unorganized especially the facilitators were unaware of the their own systems.

If youre going for a covid test the que are long you would have a wait time of around 2-3 hours minimum. So come with that time in mind

IDC branch Rawalpindi near AFIC Hospital.At time of getting report there was no light but Branch Manager send his staff to other branch to get the report.All staff are very helpful and loyal with the patient.

It is the job of phlebotomist to maintain patients comfort while collecting samples to complete test ordered. Mehr-un-nisa (IDC G-8) was overall very good in that as a patient i must appreciate her and i am very happy n satisfied with her. you have done the best.

Very poor and un professional attutude of this centre. I got 3 tests .oneline report available time was given 0830pm 02/06/2020.till date 4/6/2020. there is no report available .I continuesly calling for enquiry of my report .my mobike no taken many times butt still no reply .no report . I am covid-19 possitive and now on call i have been told that i have to compersonnely for colletion of report when i am isolated due corona.on request tat report may sent throught email or whatsapp. centre appologized..what reducall service provided by IDC.

Careless people and un-educated are sitting here and making decisions for your life.

Visit there for a regular checkup test. They provide a discount for the patient above 60years.

State of art diagnostic equipment installed, but unfortunately hygienic conditions are extremely low. Blood texts are done in very low hygienic conditions while theyre busy in taking blood for texts at the same time flyes are busy in on the spot enjoying free meals and transmitting infections from patients to patients. I have tried my best to make staff on duty to understand that its extremely important to improve hygienic conditions and I refused the permission for taking my blood unless they take care of fly which wasnt ready to leave. The staff also needs to be educated on personal hygiene.

Covid 19 Corona Test for abroad travellers could take 1 to 2 hours

Overall facility is good but the staff need to be trained. I have visited F8 branch as well and it can clearly be noticed that the quality of service you witness in F8 BRANCH isnt comparable with G8 branch.IDC please train your G8 branch staff on urgent basis especially the ones who tackle Check In customers.

Good lab. It is a sub center of IDC in G-8 markaz. Near to Nori Hospital and on the back side of PIMS hospital. There are some clinics in the same building so some times parking is a problem because its crowded but with little patience you can find parking for your vehicle.Labirtary staff is good. They have almost all kimd of lab services and radiolagy services are limited. Dor that you have to visit thier main branch which is in F-8 Markaz.

Great service, except that they dont accept cards which is kinda weird in todays world.

Rates are high and different in their branches..Some branches of IDCs are charging high with uncompetitive/untrained staff, if you want to go, check the rating of that specific branch, my experience of IDC in the basement of Beewell Hospital was not good (not even satisfactory), but yes, I admire the serivices of IDC on the opposite of side of Beewell Hospital, their staff and environment was very much impressive..
