I always love how ADCL treats their patients with care and affection. The doctors and other staff are generally very cooperative and professional. I am very satisfied. They are expensive so this might be a con for some people, but their excellent level of service justifies their being expensive. Good things are generally expensive. So I would recommend to anyone who can afford.

My experience with this laboratory is very unsatisfactory. It’s not competent lab to do COVID 19 test. It gives wrong results. I had got tested my daughter with MR 101-55-527 Pin 2011- 01585 on 18-11-20 and I was given report of positive ( COVID detected ). Then I had to get tested my whole family. This lab gave me COVID test report of my wife Pin # 2011-01667 dated 19-11-20 as “ indeterminate “ with advice to take it as positive. Later , when my wife told me that she had no symptoms to of COVID 19 , I got her retested for Covid 19 from islamabad diagnostic centre to cross check , which reported me“ Not detected “. I got suspicious about this lab and visited the advanced Diagnostic with a complaint.Now, I was told that it stands by its report. On my insistence , it took fresh swap sample of my daughter and asked me to get the test from IDC ( Islamabad diagnostic centre ) too of the sample. I agreed to it. The IDC gave result of “ not detected “ after 12 hours. But Advanced Diagnostic centre stopped the report and asked me to give another test or show it the IDC lab result which I refused. When insisted to give me the result of retest , I was called to come in the evening When I was refused to give any sample any more , I was called for meeting in the evening. I was told that the result is “ Not Detected “. I asked what’s this going on , as because of one wrong test , I had got test of my all family and servants. To this the administration had non reply but just excused that it can happen with anyone.My suggestion is to avoid this laboratory as it’s highly non professional lab which is carrying tests with out any standards and can cause a real embarrassment for any patient in detecting such a critical test and you may have to get retested again from any second lab to get the correct test. Not recommended in any situation.
