I have Visited 5-6 times there for my routine work, Tuning and some times minor issues regarding body shop, So i get very positive response with very good customer care there, specially Mr Hamza is well cooperative young guy in body shop deptt. So recommended for all only GT Motors except other Toyota Motors workshops ... I had very bad experience with other Toyota Motors. Appreciated staff

First, last and worst experience. I went in for oil change and engine tuning. The engine tuning was nominal and the mechanics outside do it more thoroughly. Additionally, I asked to repair power window switch on the rear left door. While opening they broke the panel into two pieces. They kept us waiting for some time then told us that part is not available and we are sorry. Just a bunch of novices dealing with expensive cars. Later they mended the broken part which has already lost its fitting. We demanded compensation and after a long time waste got discount in bill which, I am sure, is not worth the loss of original part that I am still unable to find. Next time Id rather prefer experienced mechanics outside rather these young novices. Finally, the amount they charge (SUPER EXPENSIVE!!!) is not reflective of the work they do.

I purchased Toyota Yaris ATIV CVT 1.3 from GT Motors. I am very much satisfied. Staff is very cooperative and friendly.

Quick service and awesome hospitality. My kids enjoyed lot as one got kids books and others got play area.

Unorganised and disordered flow of services.Warranty claims are close to non existent when it comes to get the car repaired after finding a known fault. Entire focus is towards getting the most out of customers pockets starting from the point you enter in the building. Highly recommend not to choose this dealership.

Toyota Center. One of the best in Rawalpindi. Every new model of Toyota first comes into display in this Shop. Staff is very cooperative and cool. U can also test drive as well.

Terrible maintenance services and extremely overpriced parts, I was told to wait 20 mins before I could exit just because the guy at the entry forgot to issue me entry exit recipe and I was told to walk back to the entrance half a mile away just to get the recipe which’s absolutely unacceptable.

They only give preference to big cars like new toyota corrollas, not to any other cars. But the waiting lounge is very much improved.

Its a triple SSS facility for Toyota and Diahatsu make cars. The service by appointment saves time. They use Toyotas approved parts. They also have car wash facility. Waiting are for customers is right next to the service workshop with glass windows. Towards the Workshop which enables the customers to look at their vehicles while being serviced.

One of the better Toyota motors in town. Ideally poised at a location which suits G-13/G-14/G-15/ Tarnol/ Fateh Jang/ Rawalpindi adjacent areas.It also remains open on Sundays.They have very good mechanics who work honestly and diligently. They also have different packages for monthly checkups which makes car maintenance easy. They only need to improve paint job as once i had a corolla in Blue color which they couldnt matxh properly: may be because it was avery rare color and Toyota itself had internal different shades for every batch. None tge less, could have been better.Over all 07/10.

Corporate working style, helpful staff, good ambience, comfortable atmosphere, how ever it lacks adequate customer car parking facility, as whole parking is usually filled with Toyota GT motors vehicles and you are forced to park car along GT Road.

Toyota GT motors is a wonderful place. A bit off from the main city yet on a central location on GT road.Very courteous and good staff. I enjoyed my visit.

Thorough professional, plenty of parking space, very cooperative personal services are the main features of Toyota GT Motors.

Not worth the money they charge. They exceed the timeline, the technicians would do below average job. The repair supervisors would bank and boast about quality inspectors who work under same paymaster. Better to take the vehicle to private repair shops.

Went there for routine checkup and mentainance work. Got all oils changed, fuel pump filter, wheel alignment, etc, was charged around 25k which included 8k service charges. However they screwed up the car interior by spilling over one of the oils. Initially they dint accept it but on my insistence they agreed. All they offered was that they will get it cleaned. After cleaning, the stains still exist. This is one of the two things they fixed. Im going to get them clean this mess through proper channel.

Visited Toyota GT twice in the last week of September. It the newest and most remote Toyota dealership outside the twin cities. I went there just because they had car of my choice available in December, while rest of the dealers were booking for April-May. Staff is courteous. I have no experience about there workshop.
