Hi, I proudly want to share my experience with world about the services I received from NADRA. I applied for my ID card online in Sep 2020. I am very pleased that the application was processed fast without any trouble. Also, NADRA posted my card to Scotland with a tracked delivery. I knew exactly when the post was arriving. On top of everything, the chat facility is helpful that you get answers to all your questions within hours. Fast, professional, and promised service. Proud of NADRA and the staff :)I am sorry just came back to edit my review. Below is the new part added to this feedback.I need to edit because in couple of reviews people are moaning and saying that 5 star reviews are fake reviews. I just want to say shut your mouth. I am genuine and my review is genuine. Those who do not respect and trust Pakistani departments move on. Why do you need them? Change you mind set and than come back and apply, I promise you will leave 5 star feedback. I came back to edit because I asked about 20 plus questions online and got answer of all, these guys deserve respect. Those who do not treat people in Pakistan offices nicely always treat foreigners with respect. To be honest if you are going to contact anyone within Pakistan with attitude than do not expect service only slap.Once again for those who would believe it is fake review, I would request please respect people when they work hard. This feedback is genuine. I am happy. I wish all the happiness to all those working in NADRA. Love and respect for NADRA and its people.

The National Database and Registration Authority, Pakistan (Urdu:نادرا; reporting name: NADRA), is an independent and autonomous agency under Ministry of Interior, Government of Pakistan that regulates government databases and statistically manages the sensitive registration database of all the national citizens of Pakistan. It is responsible to issuing the computerized national identity cards to the citizens of Pakistan, maintaining their sensitive informational upgraded in the government databases, and securing national identities of the citizens of Pakistan from being stolen and theft. It is one of the largest government database institution, employing more than 11,000 people in more than 800 domestic offices and five international offices. It also claims to hold the record for maintaining the largest biometric database of citizens in the world.

Charge for executive fee(7 working days) but not yet delivered after 1 and half month, approved same day. If you have problem with currier service at least update on your website that we have delays in delivers. Dont waste peoples time and money specially who are living in overseas.

Online Applicant should be allowed to use their mobile phone sensor for fingerprint impressions, It will make it so easy as this is the hardest part to take your fingerprint using ink pad. Bank Alfalah is using this technique. Thank you

Terrible experience applying online, the links do not click and it gets stuck on that point. Its been an hour trying to get past the mark of identification but it wont accept anything. And there is no helpline! Such an easy way to make money and no helpline.

Such a big organization with broken links on the website, poor documentation on the NICOP. Try calling the NADRA phone number, the IVR does not respond to international calls.Such a big organization with no no email address published to send inquiries. What a joke is this Organization

I apply for NICOP Renewal online from Dubai and its 18 days now, there is no UPDATE. The ID status says that its still not received at NADRA HQs. In the beginning of application it says that in 30 days it will be ready and deliver but till now its 18 days and no update at all. I dont know to whom i have to contact as no email address.

Hi To all, I have applied NICOP for me and my new born baby. It was a good process where my Cards were delivered at my door step in Finland. I am quite happy with the service. It is a bit expensive but I would say it was worth it.

Most of the 5 stars are fake reviews given by the employees. Weird. Their performance is still pathetic. Third class website with broken links. Employees at customer service and FB are pure nuts, they know nothing.

Amazing service. I would suggest them to mail all the cards for the family in one envelope to save some money, no point in mailing 3 different packages specially if it is for other country. Keep up the Good Work.We feel proud to have such an institution in Pakistan.

Excellent service. I am very proud of using the online service to renew our NICOP. No hassle easy to navigate and card reach home with in 4 weeks.I must say Pakistan is at least 25 years ahead of other countries regarding National Identity Card for Overseas Pakistani. I had an amazing NICOP application experience. I live in US and applied for the NICOP for my family. The online system is great with clear instructions. The customer support is very responsive and knowledgeable. I received the NICOP within 8 days of application. Also, I was informed by emails at each stage of application. Very amazing experience!!

Had to get POC for my son. Submitted the application online. After submitting got an email in a couple of days, about missing Birth certificate, submitted that. Then got an email that the picture was blurry. Sent the picture. Then emailing again what is the status, and got the reply that it was approved but will take 25 days, as it was in normal processing. Submitted the expedited application for 6500 Rs. Immediatly got the email the case is approved and sent to printing. Got the POC in less than a week after that. Very pleasantly surprised by the online portal. Something to be proud of as a Pakistani. Great Job.

National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) was established on March 10, 2000, by merging Directorate General of Registration Pakistan, a department created under the 1973 constitution, with the National Database Organization (NDO),an attached department under the Ministry of Interior, Government of Pakistan created for the 1998 census. NADRA is an autonomous body to operate independently with the mandate to replace the old directorate general of Registration with a computrised system of registering 150 million citizens, NADRA launched the Multi-Biometric National Identity Card project developed in conformance with international security documentation issuance practices in the year 2000. The program replaced the paper based Personal Identity System of Pakistan that had been in use since 1973. To date, over 96 million citizens in Pakistan and abroad have utilized the system and its allied services to receive tamper-resistant ISO standards  Identification Documents.

Non cooperative, people very irresponsible attitude no one has checks on the working activities , emailed several times they never reply no empathy to reply to you, 1 telephone no is 24/7 /365 is busy cannot get call through. this is now becoming a failed state I will never ever settle down for retirement in this Pakistan ever.

Always room for improvement. Applied for POC and I was told that I am eligible for NICOP. Applied for normal NICOP and 7 days later got approved. Waited 17 more days before it was released for printing. Two days later, got email that card printed and it was mailed via DHL to USA. Wow!!!! DHL delivered the card in Pennsylvania in 3 days. Website needs tuning, it should have better detail tracking and for god sake if application is approved then print and ship please dont just sit on it.

Well done new Pakistan, I am sure the review ratings will hike very soon in the near future. I had similar thoughts of the past malfunction in especially Nadra performance but my past experience has completely changed.My story of appreciation starts like this, I had an old NIC issues in 2002 and expired 2015, while setting abroad I was kind of skeptical whether it will be possible to receive the card overseas and then I haven’t been in the system for a long while so I wasn’t sure that everything will work so good.I dialled their Nadra headquarter no(used to busy all the time a week earlier) and someone responded me all the time, they slightly guided me through the process for NICOP and I applied online.I completed my application on the 8 Jan, and I received the new card overseas on the 29th Jan; although, my application was urgent.I believe the service is NOW superb and it will gradually become the best service setup in the world.

Applying for a NICOP card was a pain, especially because of how horrible this website is designed. You would think that a government-run website would be properly designed but NADRAs website is no where close to good and professional. We called the office because the application process wouldnt proceed and they answered that it was a glitch. A glitch. They also make you post specific files (i.e pictures, documents, or pdf) when it should be able to let you upload any type of file. And on top of that, they make you pay BEFORE you even start the application process, so if you are unable to proceed in any section after youve payed, you now have 6,000 rupees out of your wallet.

On 28th December 2018 I applied on line for NICOP for my 15 months old grand daughter. On checking the status of the application IN Process is written against the tracking ID. On launching CONTACT US I am directed to launch complaint system which is not responding except the wheel of fortune is running anti clock wise in definitely!!! I have no other means to contact NADRA. The site is irresponsive.

I applied for modification of my origin card, already paid fee and I was submitting my picture and all of sudden everything disappeared and can;t find anything now. I also have my tracking number and receipt for paying fee but nothing is showing in the system to go find my application and complete the process. They have my e-mail and telephone number but did not get any message from them. I had pleasant experience in the past except one time before. I am very impressed, application submitted on 13/06/2017, received the NICOP on 06/07/2017. Easy to use web site for most but I think some people will struggle to complete it, may be the thumb impression part, scanning and uploading the forms again. But that is a user education/training and general improvement to UI case. I was kept informed once the processing started, and then once it was dispatched via DHL with tracking number. Over all 5+ stars, well done NADRA! Thank you.

It has been over week - no status update NADAR Head Quarter number running message call 7000 - lolss - how you can call form Canada to this number?no online tracking functionalities - called all number available on Google but non of number can connect me - most of the numbers are not in service as per what i hearSorry Nadra - you are good most of the time but when you screw-up the hard to get handle on you to get it right and thats what happening now with my application

Very very and very bad response from nadra... Nadra make a call center and they have no rights to resolve the public issue, call center only give the email and contact number. then why you make a call center its bullshit.. I made a card online from the nadra online application site. and my card was completely done. and they dispatch to TCS but Nadra always doing the same mistake. Nadra didnt print my full address on my card. this is the stupidity of nadra that missing the area on my card. now you tell me that how my card will be deliver in huge karachi south. where you will find my building in whole karachi south until you will not mention street address. Nadra very very bad response. you did the same mistake in my fathers card. and you made 3 times my fathers smart card. 3rd time you made with correct address.. how bad Nadra.

I had very bad experience with Nadra employee (Sirajul Haq). I had sent all required documents, but he never reply to any email. It is more than 1-1/2 month but my son hasnt received his smart card. He is dual Pakistan/Canadian citizen. Because of nadra he was unable to visit Pakistan and now has to obtain Pakistani visa.

My NICOP has expired and I attempted to renew it online. As soon as I enter the NIC#, I get the following message: ERROR Unfortunately you are not eligible to apply from this system. Please visit nearest NADRA center for processing your application. Can someone help me with the process since I live in California and Im not about to fly to Islamabad to contact them.
