Typical Govt employee behavior,unsupportive, rude and completely irresponsible staff.They dont even have their mail-man cell no.

Very rude and typical govt employees behaviour and attitude.. they even charged 10 rs for a envelope . I asked for strepplar and they refused give it to me . They asked to glue the envelope urself and glue was allMessy and was from 90s wali glue..no one was working only one guy was working . They also did notGave me any tracking number or reciept . I asked for it but they said we dont give it ..

As post office is a government department so as expected staff behavior is rude , so people prefer private courier services like TCS and Leapord. Any ways as post office charge for courier and government funds also allotted to Pakistan Post and strangely still they have liquid glue which you have to use with fingers

G10 post office is just like a Pakistani post office expected to be. But in Islamabad post offices are a bit better in services and staff behaviour .

Closing time of above Post office branch (G-10 Islamabad) is 7pm but actual time isnt so I went there at 4pm but the officials behave very badly being government servants. After that I used TCS service.

I came here at 4:40 p.m to post my parcel but they refused to deliver it,saying that it is closed. But its timing is 9 a.m to 7p.m as post office timing mentioned in google. Yay h hamaray edaru ki halat aik chota daak khana b thek say chala nai sktay... kam chor qom kia trakki kray gi xara sochiyay... r please in bekar staaf ki xara khabr lay jo waqt say pehlay chuti kray r public k leyay xehmd ka bais bray.... thanks

Cheap prices but the place looks as old as it was built some 50 years ago and is falling apart but still is useful for sending mail on reasonable costs and has a classical touch to it.

Good but not very well maintained.

Customer service is obviously worst. What else can you expect from a government running Institution. But gets the job done in cheap prices so thats it.
