The best Honda in capital. Efficient and cooperating. Mechanics are well trained

This place is home for my Honda City. My Honda City was born here for me. I do visit this Show Room & workshop periodically for routine servicing of the car. Technical and Admin staff here are very friendly and cooperative. They respect their clients and also take good care of the vehicle. I recommend prospective Honda fans to opt for this Show Room as it is also locked in an accessible area in Islamabad. They have a separate paint and body repair unit just around the area. As we know that traffic is Pakistan is too rough, especially the motorcyclists are around the corner everywhere. You cannot escape their bruises. So for minor touching of the car body, this workshop of Honda Classic is the most suitable venue on the main road between in Industrial area in Sector I-10.

They are pretty old. The have good staff, labour is very friendly and knows its job! Service is quickly as well. The only problem is that the dont have much parts for japanese cars & sometimes the parts that are available are to expensive compared to the market. As they already charge separate labour charges, so he prices should be compatible.

The service I received was fantastic and the staff was great. They fixed my car in like 20-30 minutes depending on what you need to fix, the time would be different. There is a separate seating area in the lounge and there is a area for kids too with a slide and a bench

Bought two of my Hondas from here.No such thing as quality assurance!My new Honda City had a dent from factory, moreover the staff is not that cooperative.This is why I prefer Honda Avenue over Honda Classic anyday.Even their Maintenance area is not up to the mark.

Too much expensive. Tuning of a car cost you 3200 which is unjustified. Parts are of double the price you can get from market.

The service is pretty good but they charge you three times as compared to outsiders. The parts, accessories,..etc, are way too expensive--something you realize when you compare it with the outside market. Im talking about genuine parts. I suggest everyone that they should fix mechanical issues from the outside and visit the Honda classic only for Engine oil change. Ive been visiting them for the last 6 years and Ive learnt this immutable universal truth. I bet you wont regret!

Arrived at this place at 30 minutes to closure... They did a road test of the car and determined it needed a throttle body service. The service was done professionally and we were done in around 40 minutes.Thank you

Quality of service has declined with time

Visited the showroom sometime back and had a great experience. The staff was polite and professional and they offered a great service. Environment of the showroom was excellent and employees were following the SOPs for Covid-19.

Very good mechanics professionally and as a person too. From car check in to exit, every process is streamlined and made sure its easy for the customer.The only thing that can enhance the experience is to arrange cameras on the car when its serviced, and displays inside waiting area so that the customers can see easily whats happening inside. They dont have credit card facility and deal only in cash.

Dam too much expensive just love to change the whole thing even with little scratch, what so every after we have they have one solution to change the whole thing last it me I visited for slight dent on the door and he asked for nearly 45000/- with pant n denting service charge n if we do denting stuff then they want 18000/- but not sayin it wil be perfect just insisting to replace the whole door. But from outside it was 7000/- n nothing difference, Honda use machine to repair but lack of labour to fix it properly PATHETIC… nothing else to day

Honda has increased price of its acessories like 200-300%

Went there to check if the city aspire was available to purchase without waiting six months which it wasnt. But for the short experience I had with Honda classic, service was good. Faisal was helpful, informative and friendly. Had a look around their inventory as well and apart from not getting what I wanted originally, I am satisfied with the experience

Professional staff with original parts, ample space and staff to handle multiple vehicles with a good turnover speed.Pricey, but you get what you pay for.You can probably get the work done cheaper from the local market no doubt.But there is a peace of mind getting the work done from here. Dont have to worry about the parts being fake.

Typical 3S (sales, service, spare parts) Honda dealership. Large well equipped and staffed workshop, but they do not do all the Honda Manual listed checks at periodic service intervals unless you supervise them and tell them they missed doing this or that check.

Good workshop for engine/ mechanical related issues.As far as the quality of denting painting is concerned, they need to hire more experienced and dedicated staff to satisfy quality conscious customers.

Located in I. 10 on main road its Honda sales and service station. If one want to. book a new Honda may visit this station. All latest models of Honda cars are on display. Staff is very courteous and cooperative. Mechanics in service workshop are well skilled.

The Honda Dealership is very conveniently located. Proficient and responsible work every time!Ample waiting area while the car gets serviced.Car maintenence done by the dealership means the car has a better resale value.

Professional sales staff. They use proper automated systems for dealing with new and old customers. Some conditions for car sales are questionable however.

Honda classic is situated in I-10/3 sector. It provides the sales and services of all Honda cars. I have been going to this place to get periodic maintenance of my car. Mechanics are well versed and energetic. There is a waiting area for the customers too. Denting painting section is not here. I think they should charge less for the labor. I paid 500 for just a touch of greace in the steering wheel.

Staff hardly knows much about the vehicles. Just how much they cost and when you can get one. Didnt even know what VTEC properly did, or if the civic had independent rear suspension.

Have had to do my Honda City 2015 clutch work as per diagnosis of the expert at Service Centre. I trusted their professional and skills. They changed the whole set of plates. But the issue remained the self-same.After checking my car on road I revisited their Service Centre. I told people there that I am not satisfied as the driver of that worked upon car.The supervisor responded, meet our manager.I smiled typical of any ones resigned hopelessness and said, what would the manager do when the expert workmanship in the workshop couldnt resolve the problem even after a huge some of money spent. I dont indeed need any sweet rhetoric from any manager pls.Summing up:Im disappointed in the last visit I had this June 2018. Now what?

Staff isnt as active and courteous as they should be. Inquired about car and the person behind the desk didnt know much about availability and processes.

Workshop is neat and clean. Customer service is good. Only issue is that still they are operating manual bills and no debit or credit card accepted here, only cash.

Good place to get routine check up of your car. However, its much costly as compared with ordinary mechanics.

Had my Honda stream fitted with “genuine” front disc pads from here for 27,300 rupees. Three months and only 15000 km later they had worn out. The first pads from manufacturer lasted almost 80,000 km. so think twice before you fall for their marketing.

Poor work Ethics, consumes too much time, expensive, bad quality assurance, and safety. May be Good for latest models where only minor check up is required. No consideration for customer s time. Better you go to mechanic at Karachi company
