Called me to come and get oil changed hour later when i came said you should not have to come we dont have oil filter in stock come next week, they did not bother to tell this to their own sales guy

Its a suzuki dealership in I-10/3, where you can buy new suzuki vehicale if available, or collect your already booked vehicle.. you cannot book car directly from this place. for booking you need to go in suzuki center in giga mall rawalpindi. Also you can do repairing and maintinance of your car. Its more expansive then other local workshops

I purchased my car from here in 2013. Since then; I only go to Suzuki Service Centres. Azim motors provides the best service and satisfaction amongst all. May it be rates or quality of work, I have gone to many other cities for oil change or minor works; but service quality and treatment of customers can be compared to any other service centre of Pakistan. The body shop of Azim motors is also perfect.

Satisfy the work but little bit expensive

Very bad. I asked for Gear oil check/change. They did not do it. I did not ask for Air filter. They changed it without asking.Spoiled the interior (driver side) by leaving trails of greasy hands all around. Same case with steering wheel / gear.Giving 1 extra star only for their courteous guard and front desk guys.

It was a little far away then me since I live in F6 but only they had parts for Ciaz that I needed. They were respectful and when I went there, work was done pretty quickly on my car.

Good and Quality customer service providers in 5s dealer ships of Suzuki in Islamabad.

I have had two bad experiences at this service center/workshop. First was when i got denting and painting work done from there, a few months after the paint has started to crack which shows how poor quaility it was.Second time was when i went there to get suspension work done, the mechanics were highly unprofessional and unconcerned. Made me wait for 45 mins for no reason at all and then took my car for test drive. The mehanic who was supposed to test drive was standing idle for 45 mins before he decided to take my car for test drive. Upon return i was told that complete replacement of suspsenion of my car was required and would cost me around 75000 rupees. My car is barely 3 yrs old.Later i got the issue resolved from a local workshop in f10 at a very minimal cost.Highly unrecommended. Very unprofessional people. Poor service.

Mechanical team is very strong

Poor quality of work on repairing of bumper. Once I complaint for it they said its lunch break come after some days we ll do it. For heaven sake what kind of work ethics they are following.

Good place for getting local Suzuki cars serviced. Parts and services are available. They also showroom new and certified Suzuki car for sales. As it can be busy, it is recommended to get an appointment prior to servicing your car. Accepts credit cards for payment.

The manager, Sajjad is a high meter guy. Always heated up and never easily answer to your queries. The staff is quite dodgy.
