Applied for registration of new vehicle on 03 March, 2020 but smart card has not been issued yet despite repeated visits of the ETO Islamabad office.Official concerned say that verification of invoice papers has not been received from Indus Motors Company Karachi. On inquiring they failed to show any follow up letter or reminder issued from the office of ETO. This is not an official attitude. ETO office is responsible to manage the things timely as they have taken the charges for the job. PM Citizen Portal also failed to get the job done. What to do????

Huge rushy area for facilitation centre

Office Gate Opens at office start time, Staff at Smart Card Delivery Desk occasionally reaches late. Staff at Transfer Desk was seen behaving rudely with multiple people. A simple card collection takes 30 minutes to 1 hour, transfer of vehicle with all documents ready and both buyer and seller present will take 30 minutes to 1 hour. Queue management system would help along with training of people to handle public desks and time management skill development

Un friendly environment. Need lot of improvement from public point of view. No guidance for people. There should be one window operation.

No discipline, ques are not used by all visitors, no TAT. Govt needs to pay attention by installing que matic machine. .

It is Excise and Taxation Office where motor Registration Authority Registers New and imported used cars. It is situated in H-9 Islamabad. The staff there is cooperative, educated and very overwhelming.

It was cumbersome few years ago. Hope it is better now

This is the main traffic police office for applying for drivers license. The staff is polite and helpful.

Its not a good place because there is a lot of rush and people they need some changing and need to improve there work for people who stand in row for many hours.
