Honda Margalla is very good just because of 1 man and that is Mr Mobeen who is after sales manager . Many clients mainly go just because of this person who is very humble and courteous and takes great care of all customers.

I have been to different dealerships and service centres but I havent Seen such a friendly such a hostile staff and the service plus there team is really appreciable . I will recommend all Honda and non Honda owners even to come and get there vehicles inspected . I will thanks the management for taking care of your clients !

Excellent efficient service. Well staffed so not much waiting time.Staff is friendly.I was able to negotiate some extra discount on labour charges in addition to the usual Friday discount that is available to all customers.

Service is quickly as well. The only problem is that the dont have much parts for japanese cars & sometimes the parts that are available are to expensive compared to the market. so he prices should be compatible.

Honda Margalla is the best place to go for original Honda Service, spare parts and body shop. It is located very conveniently in Islamabad zone 1 near main sectors and we dont have to travel far to get any work done. Since they are usually busy with customers, it is suggested to take appointment well in advance.

It is main store of honda center and i have sceen there is very equipped with advanced hydrolic jack systems installed it has at a time morethan 10 cars maintenance capacity and constructed like Europe style overall i would recommend to visit there for your vehicles issues

Did a big mistake by going there for Honda civic 2005. The representative really badly need some ethical training as to how to talk and discuss matters. They dont have time may be for old cars holders. They just didnt do anything other than racing cars engine to the limits. In the end the person told me please-i dont have time- and asked me to go and that il contact you on phone. Actually, the Manager need training.

Its only a service center i think, i couldnt see any car in display and they present themselves as 3S dealers. However, i was told by another Honda Dealership that they are only Service Center n not 3S. This needs to be confirmed but i was surprised why they need to lie.

Facilities are good however customer service needs improvement. Mechanics are required to be more professional...

Coperative they gave estaimate of 92000 for front left fender, door, sode mirror. Moraculously insurance surveyer droped it to 43000.Wondering how i would deal with them next time.They are so smart, they force every customer into signing after job completion card, even before approval of the estimate from insurance survery.

The workshop is a relatively newer addition to Honda workshops. The staff is helpful, knowledgeable and efficient. I like getting my Civic inspected at this facility.They offer 50% discount on inspection charges every Friday. This is an incentive to visit for you next maintenance trip.

Best Honda service centre in federal capital and punjab. Such a spacious area designated for workshop and 5 star customer service. If you are going for maintaince work, do ask for Hassan. Amazing person and awesome mechanic too.

Nice place to service your car. Skilled and helpful staff. It would be a good idea to make an appointment before you go as the waiting time can be a lot. Prices are a bit high but the service is good. The waiting area is a huge one. Just a suggestion that they should have a water dispenser with disposable cups at customer disposal because you need to ask the guy for water/tea/coffee.

Very impressive handling of affairs despite being the weekend and obviously very busy. I did take appointment though. Service plus change of oil was done in just 1 hour. It is located at an accessible area of Islamabad and will effectively cover the far end of the Islamabad. People from here had to go either to I-10 or Express Highway both of which are quite far away. Well done. All the best to the owners of this place.

Qualified staff for honda cars

Even with appointment, it took 5-1/2 hours to do 40,000 km service on Civic (other Honda facilities do this in 2-1/2 hours). Mechanic was repeatedly pulled off to help on another car ... total disregard of customer who waited three extra hours. If they think their time is precious, what about the customers time?

Hands down, it is the best Honda Centre I’ve been to in last five years. I’ve been to Honda Gateway Lahore, Peshawar, Honda Classic, Honda Avenue & Honda Saddar RWP. Today I visited Honda Margalla for 40K Inspection. Firstly the floor manager gave me a discount of 50% on labour, which is usually given only on Fridays. Secondly, they didn’t try to loot me and recommended only the work which was necessary. Thirdly, the workmanship by mechanic was very good. Lastly, they are very hospitable, the sitting area is very nice and they serve you with a nice cup of coffee, tea or green tea (which is quite good) :-). So overall o had a wonderful experience at Honda Margalla and I ain’t going any place other than this one now.

My car was having issue of High RPM (i.e 1800+). I went to honda, tunning was done but the fault of high RPM cannot b diagnosed by any mechanic there. Very Sad, anyway i get the problem solved from a mechanic Mr Tahir near khana bridge. Honda guy asked for change of throttle without any logic.

Horrible experience.Beware: Their focus is only on adding more to your bill. Everyone is recommended Catalytic Converter cleaning. Easy money. There is no accountability for the mechanics and the whole unit seems like a rudderless ship.If you love your car and money it is a lot better to opt for another Honda Center or even an ordinary mechanic who knows how to deal Honda cars.

Though it is 2S center of Honda but they deliver new vehicles as well in collaboration with Honda empire in Mirpur, Azad Kashmir. Do not understand reason, how Honda allowed such practice. Entrance to center from main road is not paved, therefore, see new vehicles full of dust outside center. I would preferred to get new vehicles from Honda avenue in Gulberg, Islamabad. They offered new floor mats free of cost with delivery of vehicle.

Very cooperative, honest and dedicated staff. They regularly keep you reminded regarding inspection. Keep very good care of your machine while giving equal considerations to your requirement.

I experienced an accident recently and being close to my home I chose Honda Margalla for repairs.It was a medium to major level accident in which some of the major parts had to be replaced i.e. Bonet, fender, front bumper, windscreen and a dent and paint job on rear body (above wheel).None of the jobs were completed satisfactory or rather pathetic, poor and immature.Windscreen is already faded with stains on it, poor paint job engine side of bonet, pathetic dent and paint work above rear wheel hence all paint work is highly unsatisfactory and unacceptable from a Honda workshop.All mangers and Supervisors had let me down including their Mr. Mubeen, zulfiqar, and all others.One should rather goto local dent paint but not this Honda workshop.Poor poor poor.

Visited for 40,000 km inspection of my Honda City. Engine Staff tightened the TAPETS and my car was unable to reach 120 km speed on motorway. For 100km speed a lot of force was required. So not recommended for engine adjustment.
