An awesome place for branded, authentic products.Packaging is secure and delivery is always on time.A couple of downsides however:1) Website inventory needs regular updating. Order placed one day gets cancelled the next day because the item was never in stock to begin with.2) Ordering on Whatsapp is not always easy. Since the sales agents are dealing with a bulk of walk-in customers, they get annoyed with online orders. It is a big hassle for them to keep checking their store for availability of items requested.

Esajee has mostly imported stuff which you cant easily find elsewhere, and the shopping experience on the store is good. However, their online website has become extremely bad. Their website shows a lot of items in stock which they later inform you as unavailable, after you have paid them already. Not only that, but their follow up regarding orders is abysmally slow. In one instance I had to wait more than 2 weeks before I called them myself to inquire about an order. Every other local online store than I have encountered had much more professional attitude and concern for good customer experience.

The attitude of the staff is appalling. They need to understand that unlike the 80s now super and hypermarts stock imported items as well. Essajee is not a speciality store anymore. It is just a grocery store which is insanely overpriced.

My favorite bread was so hard to find in the store. I am a big fan of the artisan bread from Wild Rose Cafe. And the store helpers were not able to locate properly. They need to have a separate more visible section for breads as they are all pilled up in a corner no one can see.

My husband and I visited here a few days ago. They had Monin syrups on sale for 50% off. When we went to the check-out counter the guy at the register said that the syrup we chose was regular price, and he didnt believe that we picked it up from the sale section. Another store attendant who actually saw us pick it from the sale section told the guy at the counter that we did in fact pick it from the sale section. The register guy said that they must have put it there by mistake, but this item is still full price.Basically its not the customers fault, but the fault of workers for not placing their products in the right spot. On top of that, you dont argue with your customers and claim that they are lying. If this was any store abroad, regardless of whether the product is regular price, if the store attendants made a mistake by placing it in the sale section, they have to give it to the customer for the sale price. But such customer service cannot be expected here. Because of your pathetic service, you have just lost a customer.

This is my go to grocery store of choice. The selection of food items of varying brands is excellent as is the service. They know you as a customer and always remember you. Once I left Pakistan for 2 years and upon my return the owner quipped good to see you again after such a long time sir. My grocery bags are always carried to the car and stored in the trunk. Once I took back a pack of Philadelphia cream cheese which was stale and they happily replaced it, trusting my word. Quality, service and dependability all thrown in. In this day and age old-fashioned customer service is hard to come by, but this store delivers.

Probably credit card at exit if you even dont bother at total amount or you pretend you Don, t bother. They first opened branch kohsar market F-6/2. Famous for selling all made-in-abroad products dont take me negative but this is reality. Even Pepsi and coke imported too. Thats why the continue to open more branches in affluent areas.Their prices are OK comparing similar shops like shamash in f6 markaz. They also sell on daraz.PK but prices are driven by dollar rate.
