The F 11 branch was easy to find and very accessible.The representative helping me was courteous, prompt and you could tell he knew what he was doing. And, more importantly he was genuinely happy to be of service.

There service is too poor. After a long period of privatisation there attitude is same like governmint. Ibprey that ptcl will totly shut down its service in pakistan some one othere replace them. They can only tourcher there custmers there service i have no words for them......

They can deal with small issues basically, closing ur connection, bill payment etc. But for rest you have to visit F-8 exchange. They only deal with E-11 and F-11 as per i know

No well prepaid, they wanted was to tell a lie to me, but i was pro active i told them i paid all charges then they checked and accept my claim.

No doubt counter employees were courteous and polite but senior citizen are made to stand out side for a long time, there should be a separate or priority counter for senior citizen and Im sure PTCL can place couple of chairs where your customers can sit and wait for their turn. Pl do the needful.

Nice clean place to visit for telephone related issues, courteous staff but to less in number.

Ufone and PTCL under one roof..

Im totally disgusted at ptcl services all over the country and specially here. They put me on wait for 2 hours in sun and did not answer or responded to my request.

PTCL One Stop Shop is PTCL customers service center. Provides bill deposite and provides support for other matters related to landline, internet and Smart TV issues.

Customer service center of PTCL in F-11 Exchange building is a great facility for ptcl and Ufone customers living in surrounding sectors of Islamabad. Staff of PTCL posted here is very cooperative and helpful.

PTCL is providing a wide variety of telecom products and services. Internet and telephone services can be obtained with great ease. Auto-paying facility is also available to pay bills. It is located at an easily accessible point. It is little away from the main market of the Markaz so parking is not problem here. You can find plenty of space to park.

Visited PTCL F-11 outlet today. Employees were courteous and helpful. Recommended.

Although my visit was for a connection closure application, the staff handled the case professionally. The processes of the organization are inefficient and thus the processing of the request will take a few more days but the customer service representative was courteous and professional.

Great team

Fast quick service, excellent customer service. Took them less than 10 minutes to issue me a new wingle and process the whole application. Huge improvement from my experience of few years ago.

Abrar (CSR) really helped me with my issue.

A good place for getting PTCL issues resolved or at least attended if not resolved. However customer service standards are still not up to the mark. Yet one can see that at least you dont have to grease the palms to get your complaint resolved. Timing of resolution might take some time though so be patient

Worst Ufone Franchise to visit. They wont issue me a prepaid sim despite having many numbers available. I got it from another Ufone Franchise. Franchise in F-11/3 is the worst. Or maybe who run it.

Service center for PTCL and U fone both. Self Service machine available 24 Hours. During office open an officer helps with both Ufone machine and ptcl bill paymeny Machine.During off hrs you can pay ptcl bills yourself, issue lost sim @ 100 Rs and number of Ufone services.All in all a very helpful service center.Staff are courteous and extend all possible support.
