I have always had a good experience at Outfitters F-10 branch. Some of the new arrival was out out of stock so I visited their f-7 branch. I bought a skinny black jeans in new winters arrival and after its first wash its color faded away. I went to complain about it since I have only been buying from outfitters and breakout since last 8 years but my experience turned out to be horrible. Sales man started arguing with me that I had it acid washed thats why it faded its color. Funny thing, their staff argued with my sister who herself owns a lady clothing brand. Anyway I got a call after a week that I could take another item that matches its price exactly. So I went today to claim it and they started another argument that the jeans came back and they somehow fixed it and they actually asked me to take that same item with faded color. So I talked back and they had the audacity to speak up in loud tone.Pathetic customer service.Really disappointed with Outfitters management.

I wasnt expecting this, but i had a very bad experience on this shop. I went there during sale today and picked up 4 shirts from young boys section , and the tags said 290 rs each . On the counter when the cashier made the bill , only 1 shirt was of 290, the other 1 was of 390 and remaining 2 were priced 490 . I asked him and he said the tags are wrong . How stupid is this ?Secondly , the shirt which was priced 390, i checked it online later , and it was priced 290 rs on the online store.Hence, i am never visiting this place again !

Outfitters F-7 is a very good branch which has most of the variety.Parking space is not enough.Staff is very well groomed and guides you well. A strange thing about this branch is that it has large windows which make it tougher in summers to maintain temperature so generally AC might nit work fine in summers on upper floors.My rating is 7/10

Bad customer service. Horrible staff behavior and its just not one of them its most of them. They wont even acknowledge you while you are paying them. Absolutely pathetic!

I bought a leather jacket from online outfitters store but it was damaged from some sides. I went to the Safa Malls Outfitters outlet and asked them to exchange the product. They without any inconvenience to me, exchanged it with another Bomber jacket that I liked. So it was a good experience. The staff working there is so cooperative and friendly. Their try rooms are a way too cool and airy. I liked it.

This is most preferred outlet it has all the latest collection. July is best time to get all of your desired items as it is sale month of outfitter. This is equally good for routine shopping widout sale.

Inefficient staff, usually youll find them busy with each other rather than assisting customers. Ladies are handed over shoes to unbox and unbuckle in order for them to try on. At the counter when youre there to pay the checker doesnt welcome you or thank you for shopping there or wishes you to come back again. One reason why customer services sucks in Pakistan is that the franchise doesnt bother to train the staff or ensure that they have are courteous.

Im struggling to get the trouser replacement that bled out in first wash , its been a month now , visited twice for update they behave like Im here for something wrong.Very bad behaviour of management and staff they lie everytime and send me back without a proper justification, no phone numbers provided for the shop as well ! Ill be greatfull if someone can get back to me?
