I was there with complain for replacement of handfree which i bought in Nov - 2018... Over the time headphone right side sound getting weaker and finally gone. Its my 3rd time i face the same issue. Shockingly, the price difference for PS4 PRO 1 TB VERSION was enormous. When inquired about the reason of this huge price difference, the salesmen had unconvincing reasons e.g. the products at other stores are not under warranty etc. (E.g. Al-Fatah). However, at stores like Al-Fatah, original Sony warranty card is offered. Really disappointed with the price differences which are enormous comparative to the market!
