The view is nice, however the weather was a bit too warm and stuffy if anyone is planning to visit during summers I would suggest you should visit when the sun is about to set.Moving on to the food, we went there for tea. Ordered one plate of vegetable pakoras and a plate of fries plus two teas, a bottle of water and three coke cans our total was a staggering 1600+ rs! Its madness. The cost of a can of coke was 100rs. (So was the water) and the pakoras alone were for 550rs. Its a bit too expensive honestly, they should consider lowering their prices.

Located at foots of Margalla Hills , Its cool and scenic place. Seating arrangement are nicely located for collective and isolated gathering. Approaching road in village is little bumpy. It has facilities like Adventour , Rock climbing , Zipline , Archery , Restaurant , Paint Ball and camping etc. for the adventure of whole family. Food items and tea is nice. Nearby is budhist historic site also.

Lovely hidden away treasure in the foothills of Margla hills range , famous as Sadhus caves centuries ago, closer to trekking trails. Recommend it for families to have weekend fun together with a lot of outdoor activities.

Good place, good food. However, a bit under developed area, 2-3 km road is a disaster. At sadhu retreats, There was just one waiter so it took almost an hour for food to be served. There’s a-lot of room for improvement, this place can become an excellent dine out spot.

It is very unique and different resurant at a beautiful place of Sadhu Ka Bagh. It also has some adventorous opportunities like rock climbing and camping in its vicinity. You can have some good food cooked and served in clay pots. Overall its a good place outside city to have calm environment and nice food.

Roti day do bhai...Food was good but service was awful, even we had communicated with them before arriving about number of people(14 total). Only chicken items were available.Apart from that good place to visit, archery is available and a mosque for prayers.

The place was barren in contrary to what was depicted in pictures. Prices were exorbitant( 1000 per person in a small swimming pond) and the road to the place literally will shake your cars very foundation.

What a lovely experience visiting Sadhus. Beautiful sceneries with peaceful ambiance. Food was appetizing and appealing. My foreigner friend rated the place one of the best in Islamabad to spend a day out with family. Kudos to managment and owners. looking forward to my next visit with some new exciting experiences.

I cannot believe somebody actually recommended this place to me. Upon visiting, I was expecting some nice ambiance and sitting arrangement, but all I found were 2-3 people randomly roaming around and there wasn’t any sitting arrangement or even a restaurant. We were taken to an empty, curtain-less room and they literally had 3-4 plastic chairs, upon which we were seated. I had plans of having lunch there, and although they did have a menu card (pretty expensive too!) I gladly rejected because I couldn’t even see any proper restaurant environment there. No way!

I was so excited to visit Sadus Retreat because it was highly recommend by someone i know .This was a place on my list since long because of those recommendations and finally I recently had a chance to visit Sadhus Retreat with a group of people .Host pre booked this place I guess almost a week ago but even than each and everything served was tasteless infact below average.Chicken corn soup as a starter, mutton karhai , chicken karhai , beef seekh kebab , chicken seekh kebab , bbq chicken boti , palak paneer was in the main menu . But none of them was up to mark.Bbq chicken boti was undercooked , beef seekh kebab , mutton karhai and even chicken seekh kebab were full of some wierd smell and taste (hamak) Only thing without any smell was palak paneer .They dont have in-house dessert options available I guess thats why on request of host kheer was arranged by the resturant from somewhere in f10 and that was the only item which was super yummy.Besides food, service of the resturant was also very poor. We had to call waiter so many times for naan. Their attitude was very lethargic.That was my first time i would probably never ever waste my time again visiting Sadhus Retreat.Food 9/10SERVICE 5/10Price : dont know because host was someone else.

A very nice place right in the heart of islamabad offering amazing views and fun filled activities. The staff is friendly and very cooperative.

A beautiful getaway from city life, without actually leaving the city! A perfect day to spend with family and friends, take a dip in the pool, have some snacks from the cafe, and enjoy the breathtaking views. So happy we discovered it!

Saadhu is a great place to hang out, esp if u love nature and are looking for an adventure filled trip.The food of Saadhu restaurant is really great served in a traditional way. Saadhus Retreat also has a bascamp of Shaheen Adventures which offers activities like Archery, Air-Gun shooting, Paint-Ball fighting as well as a Zip-Lining Facility.Outside Saadhu are the Historical Budha Caves where buddhists used to pray. There is also a hiking track nearby (40 mins walk) to an ancient Buddhist stupa in Margalla Hills.

Its wonderful place amidst the margalla hills. The restaurant regularly arrange hiking, sports and camping activities. Specially on full moon night the night hike and bonfire. The ambiance is awesome, view is breathtaking and food is scrumptious but a little expensive but its ok with the kind of environment.
