Hidden terrace is wonderful place, beautiful area. We went there to celebrate my classmate birthday and it was like fabulous . Services of the staff is out class... Love this place...

A nice place to visit. This place is well maintained. For a quick grub just order pakoras/fries , other wise your order will take 1-1:30 hour as they prepare fresh food. And yes while ordering tea just tell them to make new (taza chaye) other wise u will be served with old one.

More than excellent in-terms of conduct of owners, environment, food quality & taste, service and view. Owners are well educated, cooperative and caring. Staff is well trained. An excellent place for family get-together.

I would rate the place very high in terms of its location, ambiance and serene environment BUT in terms of service, there is plenty of room for improvement. Takes forever to get the food served and the staff badly needs training. This is further exacerbated by the aloofness of its management who is least bothered if the customers leave the premises unhappy. Better to order food an hour before you arrive.

Excellent place to hang out with family. The owners are especially very welcoming and hospitable. Highly recommended to those who want to enjoy peace of nature with good food.

The restaurant is 500m from the main Shahdara picnic point. It has an exclusive sitting area in the water where families can avoid the crowds. The food however is really bad. Best to come after a meal and just order tea.

Cool place for relaxing. In winters party lunch is preferred as the place got very cold in after noon.

I had no idea about this place. It is month of Ramadan. So my Islamabad based friends decided to have an evening get together, at the Hidden Restaurant.The place is newly developed in scenic Shahdara Valley, which is not far from Quaid e Azam University. As the place is not well sign posted. So use of GPS is a must for those who do not know how to reach the Hidden Terrace restaurant.Buffett style Iftari and Dinner was great, with variety of popular local dishes. And all that at a very reasonable price (almost Rs1000.00/person).I enjoyed, aftari and dinner with my friends in the cool surroundings of Shahdara Valley. And I say, Hidden Terrace Restaurant is a good place, for groups of family and friends.

A beautiful place for gathering and spending leisure time with friends and loved ones

Shahdara Islamabad had turned into a place where one couldnt afford to ones families but after opening of some decent restaurants there we also decided to take a chance if visiting the site. It was an utter pleasant surprise to find this restaurant called Hidden Terrace there.Me and everyone accompanying me loved the place,the atmosphere,the service ,the food and the politeness of the staff there.Place was neat and clean except the wash rooms. Service was bit slow due to low number of staff but it was justified since guests turnover was not on higher side. Quality of food served was good and the price was reasonable. Whole staff especially Mr.Zamir was very polite and courteous. Mr.Zamir is manager there was himself serving the guests due to short of staff. A worth place to visit and enjoy with families. Worth place to spend money. you wont regret visiting Hidden Terrace Shahdara Islamabad. Strongly recommend.
